Watch the Floor

The bungalow is perfect for a family of four with a couple of improvements needed. The queen bed has a tendency to roll you out towards the floor! I thought I was going to fall out the first night. Also, the futon mattress is in bad need of being replaced, and the comforters in all rooms cleaned. There was unidentifiable stains on the twins. Mostly we used the bungalow as overflow because the other condos don't have enough sleeping area for our large group. Other than the bed issues, we have no complaints.

My family of 6 headed for a fun week at Pismo. took walks at the beach, enjoyed winter sunsets, drove to Moro Bay, Cambria, San Simeon. Had a great time despide some of the inconveniences we found with the place we stayed.

Cute place, good condition, comfortable beds; smaller than we expected; but fine for what we needed. We had a large group, and used this place as a sleeping accommodations for 4 people (we used the 361 Hinds location for our primary place). Convenient location for all of Pismo Beach.

Everything was great it had all the things we needed to accommodate us comfortable beds, tv for the kids one tv didn't work but it was ok there were still 2 more to look at, fully furnished kitchen overall it was very comfortable and a great place to rent

The bungalow was perfect for us. Could use something in the shower to put shampoo etc. Also bathmats or throw rugs in the bathroom. Being able to do a little laundry on site was awesome. Great location. Will definitely be returning.

3 blocks from the beach. Tucked away behind another building but not too bad. No room for a kitchen table for everyone to sit around but a good sized bathroom.

Annual Family Getaway

Annual Family Getaway

Ever since we started staying at 343 Hinds we have gotten to enjoy it more and every year and are growing. My grandsons 7 and 5 now love so much they look forward to it each year. They refer to the place as "Papa Isaac's Beach House". My favorit place for a perfect vacation with my two sons and thier honeys, and my two grandsons. Thank You so much.

For a fraction of the cost we could have had a hotel room with clean walls, fresh pillows, a clean coffee maker and functioning internet service upon arrival as well as a spot closer to the beach. Too bad, so sad!

Great weather and good weekend. Our little cabin was perfect size for our family of 6 and my parents. The kids had a great time! Spent some time at the beach Saturday and then headed to the Portuguese celebration in the evening which was a few blocks away. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed to prepare our meals.

I had to find an affordable place for my family of 4, for my nephew wedding a few towns away. Came upon a few to pick from but loved the quaintness. When we arrived so cute , clean. So glad they provided fans to cool place down only negative there wasn't a toaster( no big deal)would definitely stay again

Another Beautiful time in Pismo (Thank you Coastal Rentals)

It never fails it seems that every year it gets better. Thank you Coastal Rentals you out did last year up grades in the place. New flooring, new furnishing, the whole place took and new look to it, very relaxing.

My family on my wife's side is what started my family attending this event, now we look forward to it every year. For the last few years we all gather at 343 Hinds on Saturday for a big family/friends picture and Bar B Q afterwards. I am so grad and looking forward to next year, as I stated before my family is growing and now hoping to acquire 345 Hinds as well for our next visit.

I would to continue this rental for as long as we could. We some how have made it a Father's Day Tradition and continues to get better each and every year. This year my close friend rented teh unit next to us and I know for a fact they were all happy. They are all looking forward to next year. This next year I plan on extending my stay by one more day. Our time here was wonderful but we were disappointed in that there were no table and chairs for meals and games. It was nice to have the outside picnic table during the day. It would be nice to have had a small dresser in the bedroom with the Queen bed. Overall, excellent.

Overall, the neighborhood was great, nice location, quite, very family oriented, and convent location to the beach-stores-and highways. The house was nice, clean on arrival, proper amount of toileitaries, blankets, sheets, and kitchenwares. The price I believe could be a little less considering how small the property is and the master bedroom, bed seems a bit out dated because soon you lay on one side of the mattress the other side lifts right up, woke up every morning with backaches. I also used the property for 2 months because of travel nursing, if using the property for shorter terms then the mattress will just do you fine. I recommend the property beside of the little hiccups! I haven't had to much interactions with the management but from the few times they were pleasant! Oh yes! Only one parking spot, but does have on street parking for free. Good luck :)

The carpet was very old and dirty, it really needs replacing. The other guests had taken all of the parking places when we arrived. Luckily the guests in the front house were very accommodating and moved their truck onto the street. There were not too mant cars, it's just that the parking area was designed for smaller cars, not SUVs, pickup trucks and station wagons. There really needs to be 3-4 chairs and a table to eat at to accomodate this 2 bedroom house. The furniture was really designed to be comfortable for 2 guests.

We have rented this unit in the past. The kitchen had been much better stocked with kitchen utensils, plates and dishes in the past. This visit it was much less well stocked. Otherwise, this was a great rental in a great location.

we liked the condos interior quite well and the amenities were perfect for our stay, but the exterior of the property needs a lot of work. We were not happy about the dog poop everywhere and trash all around the grounds, and all trash containers were completely filled outside so we couldn't use onr.

We did bring that to the attention of the management company and nothing was done about that during our stay.

We LOVED 341 Hines and rented 343 for addtiional privacy for our elderly in laws. We had to buy Glade freshners to "spruce" it up. It certainly wasn't worth what we paid, a hotel room would have been better. But again, We rented 341 and LOVED that one and would love to rent again!!
