是我住过公寓最喜欢的一家

房东、公寓新干净舒适、物超所值、总之推荐推荐房东准备的用品非常充足，态度非常好，是我此行所有住过的公寓最喜欢舒适的，唯一美中不足的一点点就是没有停车位、不过旁边有公共停车位，就算花几块钱停车，那也是物超所值，因为房子真的很值得你去住

已经很完美，这位房东很周到房子非常完美，

In the center of Almeria, on a quiet back street. Big rooftop terace. Two bathrooms. Parking inluded at a near by location.

Big Room HOUSE!

The host may have various locations for guests to stay. We stayed at Calle Real for one night. We got really big rooms/spaces to stay. The sofa bed on ground floor was not that bed tho. The host also provided a milk, some breads and some beers. The host also leaded us to park the car in person. The host was kind and polite. Thank you! :)

Pots and Pans for cooking might need to be updated :)

walking distance to everything and having a garage in downtown is a great plus

it looked like the house underwent some renovation and construction debris / dirt was in a few areas, especially the kitchen and the roof top terrace. The kitchen itself was not equipped with the necessary items needed for preparing a meal

Very good

The apartment is very centrally located and looks much better than in the photos. The staircase to the "bedroom" (or upper floor of the duplex) is a narrow wrought-iron spiral staircase. The parking place was in an underground garage about 300m away from the apartment on level -2 and it was manageable with a Ford Fiesta.

The shower. The owners spent so much money renovating the apartment to such a high specification that it should have been better. It is just painted concrete (that has since chipped) with a wooden mat on top and not possible to clean. To me this is just a foot fungus breeding ground, but it would be ok with flip-flops.

right where we wanted to be, fibrant area with great tapas bars in the old town

lovely accommodation, beer, milk, water in the fridge red wine in the kitchen. they picked us up from the airport for only €15 which took the strain out of finding the place

Pleasant

Very spacious. It has a terrace to enjoy the sun. It has two toilets which is convenient. It has also a washing machine. It's very close to all the bars and restaurants and very quiet at the same time. We also were provided with a secure underground garage space for our motorcycles.

It's a two floor apartment and has a narrow ladder for the upper compartment. If you have mobility problems it's not recommended. Also the air conditioning covers only the lower level but the bed is on the upper level. Fortunately there was a fan that we used.

Nice place close to the city center. Great appartment and although everything was perfect inside, we have decided to sleep outside on the terrace under the stars.

Nice stay, but not for a longer time

very big appartement with a lot of potential!

It was not very clean. Not a lot of kitchen supplies, no cleaning supplies, no kitchen towels. The floor was very sticky. It was not possible to close curtains so the room was filled with daylight. It is really a beautiful, big and nice appartement but it could have been cleaner with more facilities.

Spaceous appartment, safe private parking included in the price. In the fridge beer, water and milk available Strongly recommended.
