Hotel limpio y cómodo cerca de la Basílica de Guadalupe

El personal muy amable, el cuarto cómodo y muy limpio, y el desayuno fue muy sabroso y abundante. La ubicación para le peregrinación a la Basílica de Guadalupe es ideal.

La limpieza del lugar y la habitación. Los desayunos y en general todo. Un buen lugar para hospedarse y conocer la ciudad.

Some staff were nice

Messed up booking and wouldn't let my partner in room for 12hrs. Half plug sockets didn't work. Had coffee machine in room, but only 1 mug. When we asked for 1 more mug and a spoon, we were told we would have to buy a plastic set from them

Lo unico es la ubicación hacia las zonas turisticas, es de contemplar aprox 20-30 mins para los principales lugares turisiticos

The restaurant inside de hotel is the horrible I saw.Expensive and no good food.The served us no good food.It was a deception.

We would stay at the same place next time! The staff was very attentive!

The location of the hotel was away from the busiest part of the city!

I was on the first floor and my family and I could hear the traffic very early in the morning! Not too bad in the evening time!

Very comfortable, perfectly clean room, great place to stay.

The staff is simply great. Kind, knowledgable, and very attentive. I had made a mistake with my booking and they helped me right away, no fuss, just quick, kind, problem-solving action and within minutes I had a new reservation and new room. Taxi, everything arranged. Some even went out of their way to help me with a gift I needed to bring back home. Amazing.

The location, I was told, is a bit difficult, but I am not sure about it. The internet could be faster, but it's OK.

It all depends on your preferences

Nice place. Modern. Clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Huge room and extra-large bed. Breakfast is simple but delicious. I had asked for a quiet room and got what I had asked for, but ...

... despite a big window, there was hardly any daylight because the window looks onto a dark and tiny inner court, and as if this weren't bad enough, there is a plastic film all over the window which makes the room even darker. I wouldn't stay in one of these inner rooms again. The outside rooms get too much noise from a very busy street so for me those are unfortunately not an option either.

Very good value, recharged for the road ahead, great room service, great staff.

I didn't eat breakfast, but there was one. Very good room, nice staff, clean, good room service.

Location is not great, difficult part of town.

Part of me would have liked to have been closer to a nice park but low cost taxis are available.

The breakfast options were wonderful! What a treat to start the day with so many options for breakfast! We were especially happy with the quality of the fresh fruit and yogurt but all of the other morning options were perfect too!

The location isn't perfect but the fact that it is only a 15 - 20 minute ride to the airport is great! The fact that there is a high end restaurant right next door is a bonus too!
