I would give this place a 3.5 out of 5. The communication was pretty good with the rental staff except they wouldn’t give us address until last minute and I’m assuming it’s for security reasons. Neighborhood isn’t the best and nothing really to do around the house. You have to drive about 20 minutes without traffic to get to downtown. The house in general looked good from the outside but the interior wasnt in good shape. Nothing crazy just needs work. Also, Huuuuuuuge spider hanging from garage. Almost scary haha. The neighbor says it’s been there for a while and past renters have mentioned it. Also, don’t use the pull out couches. That was disgusting. Also, we tried our best to clean out lint trap in dryer but it was so full we had to scrape lint off of it with a tool.

Our son was competing in the Ironman Chattanooga race and our family and friends stayed in this property. Great location for us to get to the course. This property was perfect for our family. We were able to have our dogs with us and we all enjoyed being with each other.

Neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we had absolutely no problems. We stayed for the weekend, just visiting Chattanooga. My family of three and my parents stayed and it was perfect for us. Thank you for a clean and lower priced place to stay for the weekend.
