This 2 story is located on the north side of 30A in the beautiful community of Seacrest, Florida. Built on a short cul-de-sac in a serene neighborhood, Beach Vibes Only is a leisurely 2 minute walk to the neighborhood’s private access to Seacrest beach. Its location is convenient for a short half-mile bike ride to the stunning Alys beach, another half-mile to Seacrest Village, and another half-mile to Rosemary Beach. There you will find a collection of quaint shops, charming boutiques and upscale restaurants. A one and a half-mile bike or golf cart ride west you will find The Big Chill (formerly The Hub 30a) with additional restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Take the golf cart an additional 2 miles to find the Old Florida Fish House and a quaint village where you can dine on Eastern Dune Lake, grab a coffee, or buy fresh fish at Buddy's Market. A 5-minute drive north is the brand new Watersound Publix. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury home offers hard-to-beat amenities including a large gourmet kitchen, comfortable living space to sleep 12 guests, and a backyard oasis complete with a full-sized private salt water pool that can be heated. This vacation home features tile and beautiful oak hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen, is fully equipped for your inner chef, opens to a large dining area that seats 10 and relaxed family room which includes pull out sofa. A full sized laundry room, powder room and a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, tile shower, and soaking tub complete the first floor. The second floor hosts an additional master suite with a king-sized bed and a private bath including a tub/shower combination. The second floor also includes a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a bunk room that sleeps 5 children and a shared hall bath with tiled shower. Step out the back door onto a 10’x35’ screened porch and you will be overlooking the sparkling 14’x28’ private salt water pool, large enough for the whole family and more. Relax at the beach sand, natural gas firepit surrounded by native trees. A natural gas grill is located near the pool and firepit in the spacious back yard. Play a game of corn hole in the large grass area next to the pool. The attached pergola and paver driveway will easily accommodate 4 cars. With its short 2 minute walk to the private beach access, comfortable living space, and its own private salt water pool, this home has it all. From tranquil décor to the perfect location, you couldn't ask for more. Enjoy cruising on our golf cart with the gulf breeze in your hair. 4 bikes included with your stay. Includes 4 complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, beach tent and lots of extras such as bean bag toss, boogie boards, beach games and pool floats. We had such a wonderful vacation here! The house had everything we needed, including tons of beach toys, chairs, a wagon and even some extra puddle jumpers for the kids. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious enough for us to fit pack n plays and luggage. Quick walk to the beach and short bike ride to plenty of restaurants and shops. The backyard and pool area was huge for this area. We hope to come back soon!

Had a wonderful week at Beach Vibes Only. Communication was excellent. We especially loved the pool and the golf cart! Having 3 king bedrooms and one bunk room was perfect for our family. Everyone also had their own bathroom. Lots to do and see in the area!

Overall we had a great experience at this property. Plenty of room for our family and had everything we needed throughout the trip. We loved the space of the outdoor pool and property. Communication with the property manager was excellent from the moment we checked in.

We had a wonderful vacation! House was very clean and well maintained. The heated pool was great especially for the chilly days. The kids loved riding in the golf cart to The Big Chill. Close to the quiet private beach. House has many kid friendly items- kitchenware, beach/pool toys, games. Loved the yard games and puzzles at night!

We had an amazing stay at Beach Vibes Only! The location is great, very close to Rosemary, alys, etc but not in the big crowds that descended on the communities for spring break. The private beach was very close and not crowded either. House was very clean and just as advertised! Overall top notch all the way!

We had such an awesome stay in this beautiful home! We've stayed in the area multiple times, and this was by far the best stay yet! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, spacious, quiet, and had everything you could ever need. The pool was great, and it was already heated upon arrival. The new firepit area was awesome, and provided for some warmth on cool evenings by the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with an abundance of everything you would need. The beds were all super comfortable, which is always a huge plus. It came with 4 nice bikes, which we loved, and of course the golf cart, which provided for some really fun trips up and down 30A. To top it all off, our host, Jennifer, was so helpful and responsive, which gave us comfort and peace of mind that we were staying in a home that the owners truly love and take pride in. It was an unforgettable vacation for our family, and we can't wait to return!!

Perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The private pool was amazing and it is just a short walk to the beach. The golf cart was SO nice to have. We went for nightly rides and took it to breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend staying here. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 4 month to 8 years. It was plenty spacious and overall wonderful!

Wonderful property, has many amenities, kids loved the pool after spending time at the beach. My husband enjoyed reading on the screened porch. Short walk to the beach but hard to carry all beach equipment down multiple stairs. Not elderly friendly. The golf cart was nice to have but due to new parking restrictions, not able to park at locations of restaurants, and shops.

We’ve been here twice in last 4 years and love the house and location. Private beach close to Rosemary. Have the lobster at Pescado’s Amazing!! House was perfect for 6adults and 3 grandkids. Pool was awesome to come back to after the beach. Quiet and tucked back from 30A and only a short walk to the beach.

Perfect beach house.
The house was very clean with fully stocked utensils and cookware and towels. The highlight was the pool which we had heated for a reasonable fee because we had an elderly person with severe RA. At first we thought the steps to the beach would be too much for her but she was able to handle them. We’d stay again at Pelican House. Jennifer was responsive and accommodating.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable home. Great setup for 6 adults and 5 children. Lots of space to stretch out and relax. Kitchen was well appointed with good appliances, cooking utensils and serving pieces- made it easy to cook for 11 - even chocolate chip cookies :) We enjoyed the front porch and large covered back porch (great for games and reading). The pool was a nice size with plenty of seats and lounge chairs - the umbrellas and extra pool towels were a very nice touch. Just a short walk to the beach. We took the golf cart to The Hub/Big Chill a couple of times. Overall a great place to stay - thanks for sharing your home!

One of our best overall vacations ever, the granddaughers love going to dinner with their parents on the golf card, the adjacent points of interest, the Hub, Seacrest, Alay Beach, the local cusuine everything was grand!

Amazing House!
We absolutely loved everything about this home. The home itself was adorable and clean. The pool was perfect as well as the screened in porch. We had the perfect amount of space for the six of us. Close to beach and restaurants and little shopping areas. Took the golf cart and had bike rides! Thank you for a memorable trip to the beach!

Excellent vacation home
Close to beach and super clean. Pool and backyard are very nice. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Owner was responsive to any questions. No real negatives other than you are a few miles from any towns or shopping, but the trade off is the beach is close and uncrowded. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Home
We stayed over spring break with 3 kids (7 and under) plus two grandmothers. The house was lovely, clean, well-stocked and suited us perfectly. The pool and screened porch were a dream, offering plenty of shade or sun, depending on your preference. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for lounging and meals, and it’s located on a quiet cul de sac.
We appreciated the thoughtful touches like nightlights throughout the home, labeled light switches, extra pool towels, kids plates/cups, beach chairs, a wagon and even a golf cart that we drove around the cul de sac for a little thrill. The bunk room includes a trundle, and the beds are doubles so you could fit a lot of kids if needed! We were able to fit a pack and play in that room (without extending the trundle). Speaking of, we brought our own but there was a pack and play at the house.
The walk to the beach was short and easy for our crew. Crossing 30A made me a little nervous but cars always stopped at the cross walk and once you cross over, there is a bike path that separates you a bit from the road. Getting down to the beach involves a lot of stairs, so be aware for anyone in your group who may have difficulty with this.

Wonderful House!
The house was perfect for our family, including 2 children and 2 grandparents. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. We enjoyed a lot of relaxing time at the beautiful pool in the backyard, cooked most meals at the house, and slept great in the comfortable beds. The beach access was an easy walk, as long as you can do a lot of stairs. The home is nearby a lot of attractions on 30A, which made it easy to explore. Not walkable to any attractions (except the beach) but a short drive or bike ride to several areas. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time during our first trip to 30A and would definitely stay at this house again.
