Situated in Lake Lanier, this attractive house for $730 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 half bath lake house is located on Lake Lanier, on the southwest end of the Lake in Cumming, Georgia, just off of Pilgrim Mill Road. It is perfectly located with an overlooking view to the dock and water with amazing sunset views from the dock. Convenient access by boat or car to restaurants, marinas, golf, tennis, jet-ski rentals, Lake Lanier Island Waterpark, hiking areas, and much more. It has a large deck and patio that runs the full length of the house with ample seating. A hot tub that overflows into the private pool with a ping pong table and lounges seating. The dock is wonderful for sunbathing, relaxing, or just watching the amazing views and sunsets! The main level has 1 bedroom (master with king bed) and private bath; another half bath off of the kitchen. A beautiful open kitchen; a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a dining room. The center of the house features an entire wall of glass windows to enjoy the views of the backyard and surrounding area. The main doors lead out to a large deck with outdoor dining. Laundry room located next to the half bath. On the terrace level, you will find 3 bedrooms. One is the master with a private bath. Another hall bath for the bunk room and queen bedroom. Also, another full wall of sliding glass windows leads to an outdoor patio. Have fun swimming, boating, fishing, jet skiing, waterskiing, bird watching, walking, and exploring the lake. If you are looking for enjoyment and relaxation on the lake, this is the place to be! Lake Lanier is located in North Georgia, just 40 miles from the state capitol of Atlanta. The 692 miles of shoreline borders the following five counties: Hall; Forsyth; Dawson; Gwinnett and Lumpkin. Lake Lanier is well known for its wonderful fishing. Whether you want to catch a monster Striper Bass or go for a mega Flathead Catfish then fishing on this lake will be a real treat! -All Rentals must be GA and Forsyth County Compliant. -7 nights minimum in season -all inquiries welcomed -Monthly discounted rates are available for the winter months. My sister has a house about a mile away from this property. We used the house on Flowery Branch as overflow for sleeping and to cook an extra turkey. It was a great location.

The property was great with many activities for both kids and adults. The pool was a nice alternative to the lake as a way to wind down at the end of the day. The ping pong and billiards tables also offered more activities and diversions. House was well equipped and the different levels and decks provided areas to get away if needed. All in all a great house and a great week!

This is our second time vacationing at this property. It is great if you have little ones, because the lake is down a big slope and it would be daunting for a young child to 'wander off' down there. The pool is on the other side of the house from the lake, so the two are separate, and the pool is surrounded by a fence with a latch gate. The steps and slope to the lake would be a challenge for most senior citizens, however.

We had a great time. Our party consisted of two families with two teenage boys (16-18 yrs olds) each. We rented a boat and had a great time. The dock was perfect for our rental and the boys did a little fishing off the dock though they didn’t really catch anything. Really liked the pool and extra activities like ping pong and the pool table. The stairs/trek to the dock is a bit steep - especially for older folks. The steps to the pool table upstairs are also steep so beware for older folks. We really liked the place and had a great time. It is a bit older and darker than the pics appear but overall it was great and the owners were very responsive to any concerns. We were very happy with our experience and would revisit again.

Our family had a great week together. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs, swimming in the pool, kayaking to the islands, fishing in our boat and swimming in the lake. We loved all the outdoor seating areas, cooked on the gas grill and made s’mores at the fire pit. The walk to the lake is a little challenging but we just took our time and enjoyed the beautiful views. Lots of deer in this area and the surrounding trees made it feel like we had a lot of privacy. The gardenias in the front smelled wonderful! We cook all of our meals so the kitchen was not huge but was well equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was very clean and beautiful!

The walk to the lake was really steep and long hard for all. House was dark, not as large as it looked in the pictures. House was old and not very clean, especially the kitchen. Dishwasher was horrible.
