Situated in Buford, this lovely house for $817 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Great house on Lake Lanier, large deck with lake view, 2 story dock, 2 kitchens, 2 refrigerators, sleeps 11. Quiet deep cove south end of the lake closest to Atlanta. Near sunset cove and Lanier Islands. Plenty of parking. Renovated throughout, all new floors, bathrooms and sinks, lighting, paint and furniture. Awesome house in a great neighborhood. Boat and wave runners are NOT available for rental. However, I have 3 locations nearby that you can rent and you can tie your rentals at the dock for a homebase. Please inquire about additional information if you are interested. Huge deck with 3 different sitting areas to have a cocktail, grill out and talk with friends while enjoying the lake view. Living room overlooks the deck. Open kitchen area for cooking with friends. Downstairs features another kitchen. Steep walk down a driveway or walking path to the 2 story dock. Walk up latter for pets and people. Great swimming area. 3 canoes and a paddle board. Plenty of parking in the driveway for 3-5 cars. Another 2-3 on the street. Please note this is a pet friendly house and neighborhood. There are a lot of dogs on the lake and barking is common with all the lake activity and deer walking through the property at night or at dawn. Please consider your tolerance for dog barking before booking.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group. We had 9 adults and 4 kids staying in the house and more adults and kids visiting during the day. Never felt crowded. There was space to play, space for tantrums, space for naps, and space for adults who needed a breather. Both kitchens were well equipped and we really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the deer from the spacious deck. Great place to hang out and make memories.

Exactly what we needed for our extended family Thanksgiving. Weather was nice so we could expand out to the huge deck. Home was so well stocked with anything you could need. Owner was super responsive. Built up my quads to boot treking up from the lake. All good.

Our family loved this spot - dock great for kids swimming and the house had everything we needed plus lots of helpful extras (bathroom toiletries, coffee, life jackets, etc!)

Great location in the lake. Great area for skiing, Margaritaville, and Twisted Oar. The dock is fantastic for swimming and floating. Kitchen table is perfect for family dinners. Pleasant surprise with a gas range for our gourmet children cooks to work their magic. Fully stocked wine fridge that we took advantage of. The hike to the dock and back to the house is a chore so be sure to bring a wagon and cooler to transport. Looking forward to coming back!!

Everything about this rental is fabulous. The home is beautifully furnished with extra amenities. The dock is private and gorgeous. As wonderful as all of that is, the owner makes it even better, with kind and prompt responses, accompanied by a relaxed and generous nature.

This house & location was perfect for us and our family. The house had everything we needed and more that helped us feel like we were at home. It was completely family & pet friendly. From the little things like phone charging cords, coffee, shampoo and conditioner to the soft plush towels, fishing poles, chairs, and sunscreen, they thought of everything! Communication with Kevin was wonderful too. We have older children so the separate quarters downstairs was ideal with their own kitchen too. The only thing to consider is the walk up the hill from the dock, it’s a little steep. We hope to be back again and we highly recommend this home & this host!

The house was clean with all the modern amenities. The host was excellent. Clear communication and easy to talk to. My whole family was there for a Mother's Day brunch and could not stop talking about how great the deck and views were. Plenty of room for everyone and 3 dogs. I would definetly go back.

This property had everything we needed and more. The view of the lake is great. The dock is awesome! It was so nice to sit there and simply relax. We were fortunate enough to meet Kevin while we were there. He is a really nice person and very accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice quiet and relaxing getaway.
