All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Cozy Shore is a beautiful, newly constructed 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home located in the Villas of Frangista. Step through the front door to a huge open living area with high-end touches, which include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, high ceilings, and warm natural light throughout. This three-level home sleeps 20 guests comfortably. There is a Queen bedroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, you will find 2 King Masters and 2 Queen bedrooms. Finally, there is a bunk area with 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed and 2 Full over Full bunk beds on the 3rd floor. You will love the convenience of having your own bathroom and wall-mounted flat-screen TV no matter which bedroom you choose. Guests will love relaxing on the spacious back patio, complete with a gas grill and plenty of green space to play a game of cornhole. Take a ride on one of the bikes to the nearby community pool or beach access at Whale's Tail Restaurant. Come have a vacation of a lifetime at Cozy Shore! The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches. *Max 5 vehicles allowed in the driveway. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The backyard was amazing and big. The outdoor table needs chairs. The den area is small for a house that sleeps so many folks but we didn't mind because we could open the sliding doors to the backyard and spill out to the patio. Plenty of parking and the beach chairs were a nice surprise.

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was very spacious and the property manager was very responsive to our questions/needs. Unfortunately the outdoor shower didn’t work so it was hard to keep floors clear of sand. We enjoyed taking the bikes for rides. The landscaping needs some TLC.

The house was located in a good location and had plenty of space. The living room furniture is dirty and wore out. The rug is needs replacing it has big crease that causes you to trip over it. The lawn had tall weeds growing and it needed cutting. There were some other cleaning issues but they came back and took care of them. Nice property just needs some TLC

We loved the house and the cleanliness of the house. No complaints at all with the property. However we were very disappointed with the advertisement about beach access. There was no parking for the beach access and it was to far of a distance to carry all of our beach stuff. We stay on the beach pretty much from sun up to sun down and carry a lot of stuff. Beach access did not allow canopies. For a house that sleeps 24 people renting enough shade for the amount of people we had each day would cost a small fortune. We had to drive to public beach and fight the crowds there each day. We loved the house but will look elsewhere when renting next year for a house that accomodates our beach needs.

This house offered plenty of space for our family. The full kitchen allowed us to cook meals together, nice rooms with comfortable beds, space for the kids to run out back safely. The cleanliness was A+ and there were bikes available to ride a short distance to the beach.

This place is newer and in good condition. The 3rd floor bunk room is beautiful and spacious. Each bedroom was big and the bathrooms were fantastic. There is definitely not seating and living space to fit the number of people the place will accommodate. There's one table with benches in the kitchen--- doesn't work for the older relatives--- and a few seats at the island. Less of us came than expected, so we got by eating on couches with the coffee table in front of us. The couch with the bed inside also sinks a lot, so again some relatives found it difficult to sit on. The outside shower doesn't work, and the 3rd floor ceiling vents had mold issues because there is a leak in the roof which we found out when it rained. It's a bit of a hike to the beach, so the bikes came in handy when we wanted to go for a quick swim. The community pool is also a decent walk, but there are parking spaces there. My son wore underwear in the pool and it bleached them, so the chemicals are definitely not balanced well. Overall this place was okay, but we would probably pick somewhere else next time.

We rented the house for an extended family vacation, it was great, large enough for everyone to be together, and also ample room if you needed quiet time alone. Loved the neighborhood, nice and quiet off the main strip. Loved using the bikes to cruise around in and avoid the traffic. The house was great, only negative commit is regarding the beach…it was SUPER congested but still beautiful. I forgot how nice the gulf side is, will for sure be back!

Really enjoyed cozy shore for our relaxing getaway. 3 families with a 6 month old under one roof and we really enjoyed our stay. Property had everything you’d need plus some. Would definitely book again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at cozy shore! The house is very new and beautiful and has all the accommodations! 10 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride. The property management was very accommodating as well. If we needed. anything all we had to do was call and they sent someone out immediately.The only negative thing i have to say is the house could use a deep cleaning. especially the floors. but overall I would definitely stay here again!
