I left messages with property management and emailed managers and owner about a problem and no one ever responded. The house was cute, check in fine, location was good for us. The house was clean but we had a problem with mice. They were brave and would run around day and night. They weren’t afraid of noise or our two little schnauzers we had. They got into our groceries on the kitchen counter, ate corners on cereal and cracker boxes, ate through the bread we had to keep everything in refrigerator or a tote. We bought glue pads and caught quite a few. It was awful, I didn’t want to cook the side dishes I was supposed to take for Thanksgiving because I didn’t want them running across my feet. I didn’t want to put any of this in a review I wanted management to know so they could get some pest control in there before it ruined another families vacation. The fact that no one had ever responded has been upsetting and lead me to post this here. We were stuck , because it was Thanksgiving week there wasn’t anything else available to move to and the expense of the hotel on top of the VRBO and the dogs didn’t make that a good option. There’s also a basement that you access through the back patio it’s open to that area down there with a short door this was kind of creepy as well as we had men in the alleyway looking through the back fence several times that was unsettling. The doors stick and don’t lock that great, definitely would never stay here by myself.

The house is well organized and near Main Street. It provides easy access to all parts of Grand Junction. The back yard is great for dogs. I would happily stay here again.

This property is good. Lots of amenities in the kitchen! Would have preferred the outside to have been a bit cleaner given the time of the year. Beds are way too soft but that's my personal preference of course.

Was a lovely home base to see our daughter over the weekend. We were able to bring her dogs and the house was accommodating for us all. Close walks to campus and downtown! Hardly had to use the car to go to places! House was charming with all the essentials. Would definitely come back here to stay.

Location was great and neighborhood was a joy to walk through on the way to downtown. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. Front and backyard could use some love along with the hard to open back door. Overall we gave it 4/5 stars.

We stayed at the house for our daughter's college drop off. The location couldn't be better - we walked to Main Street one evening for ice cream and were less than 10 min from campus. The house was very comfortable with lovely historic charm. Beds were comfy and the house had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Dog friendly, they have food and water bowls and some small to medium sized beds for dogs, all provided! My 40 lb terrier mix was happy. 3 nice sized bedrooms, all 4 of us were happy. Great, friendly neighbor welcomed us as we arrived and was happy to interact with us but I never felt was obstructive. Just helped us feel welcome and at home. Just a few blocks from some nice restaurants and a candy maker/store. I would absolutely stay here again.

Had the great opportunity to stay at the property for 20 days while visiting family in area. Great location, neighborhood very nice/friendly, ample parking, nice size rooms, comfortable beds and nice washer/dryer. There are some dated items in the home and yards have opportunity. Most disappointed in backyard. Specifically looked for a rental house with a backyard, grass, fenced and entertaining area with grill. Stay 8/15-9/4 2022

Beautifully maintained and updated Victorian bungalow. Pet friendly, close to down town and only a few minutes from Palisades and wine! Way more room than we actually needed, but it was so nice to spread out and have our own space. Clean with super comfortable beds, AC and ceiling fans to move all hot Grand Junction air around.

This property was very clean. It was very comfortable, and close to everything. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Grand Junction. The property management company was easy to deal with and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. We did not have pets however if we did it would be a great place for them to stay with a big backyard and plenty of things for them to do

We had a great time in GJ and this Air BNB was very affordable for a family of 5 and located near downtown Junction restaurants, coffee shops and more. The home was well kept and the communication between guests and contact person was clear. I was very pleased with the outcome for our first Air BNB and when we return, we’ll definitely try to get this home again. Cozy, affordable, and great location.

This is my new favorite place to stay in GJ! The house is simple yet cozy that fullfills expectations of a downtown charming home. The kitchen is very well stocked to provide full meals. We needed to extend our stay and Nancy (owner) was very accommodating by shifting schedules. Definitely recommend this charming not over modernized historic home!!!

Lovely little bungalow a few blocks from historic downtown and not far from tons of hiking and biking! Nice fenced in yard for our dogs. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Kitchen was stocked, although we just picked up meals. Nice touches like Fall decorations and Halloween candy, plus chocolates on the pillows. Even the neighbor was very friendly!

I was honored to be the very first VRBO guest to stay at this house. 🙏 Very beautiful neighborhood and nice backyard if you bring a fur baby. Hospitality was amazing and the response to questions ask was quick. I would definitely stay here again.
