Located in Grand Junction, this charming house for $184 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. You enter this lovely home to a sunporch with fun painting details. The living room is very inviting and offers plenty of seating. Large sofa 2 big chairs and dining table (that can seat 6) in the room. The living room has beautiful new wood floors & has a 40' flatscreen television equipped with local channels and netflix. Wi-fi. DVD player and home stereo is connected to the television. The kitchen offers many comforts of home and when you need groceries, City Market is less than a mile away. There is a kitchen nook with a table for four. The outside deck also offers a table, so depending upon the weather, there are many options for your dining pleasure! There are 3 bedrooms ~ all bedrooms have window a/c units and a large swamp cooler in living room. The 1st bedroom has a new queen bed and pretty paint, french doors and antique lighting:) The 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed and closet. The 3rd bedroom offers a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses, a bookshelf w/ assorted childrens books, and a full size desk and chair. The full bathroom (shampoo/conditioner/bodywash provided) is centrally located in the house and has Colorado wildflowers painted in the colorful hallway. Laundry room is off the kitchen in the back of the house. Beautifully landscaped in the summer/spring& fall:) with many wildflowers blooming in the front and back. You should find this house to be a comfortable place to call home for a night or a week! Come and STAY with us!

We enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious for the 3 of us on a “girls (moms) only trip”. My only complaint is the twin bed that I slept on was very noisy. I woke up every time I moved. Thankfully I was able to fall asleep right away but the frame and mattress need an update. My friends said they slept well in the queen beds.

This place was lovely. Exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and adorably decorated. Back porch was a great place to hangout. Walked to downtown, which has lots of good shops and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute little house...super clean & fully stocked with all the amenities of home. We drove from CA to help our son move into his college dorm at CMU...we were able to tour the beautiful Grand Mesa & Colorado National Monument which I would say do not miss if you have time!! Our host was so helpful offering tons of suggestions of where to eat and what to see nearby...we will stay here again when we come to visit our son!

The photos show how cute this house is, but the homey feeling you get can’t be described. All the artistic touches in this older home give you a big hug when you walk through the door. A great big thank you for leaving the house cool for us upon arrival, too!! The place was clean, comfy, stocked with all the amenities and an easy walk to everything downtown. If we are ever in the area again (which I hope to be) I will absolutely stay here again.

Stay here! You will enjoy the inviting, whimsical sun room, the tastefully arranged layout of the house, the air conditioning units for each bedroom, washer & dryer, the location, and your responsive host! We enjoyed our stay here on a trip through southwest Colorado with our family. We loved the sunroom plants, the colorful paint accents, and we had what we needed to prepare a pasta bar dinner after a full day at Colorado National Monument (which is near by). It was all awesome!

Very nice home. This was a great place to stay for our travel from Telluride to Denver. It was a good location close to restaurants, and we were able to do some hiking at Colorado National Monument.

This cute, very well-appointed house was perfect for our month-long stay. Walking to restaurants in the artsy downtown wa easy and fun. We even walked to a show at the Avalon Theater and a jazz concert at CMU. Cyndi and Keith were responsive and helpful. They even updated the WiFi service when we reported how bad CenturyLink was. The house had absolutely everything- shampoo, coffee supplies, spices, and every kitchen gadget needed. This place was top notch!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. It is so close to downtown shopping and restaurants. We walked to them all. We cooked a turkey and all the fixings in the wonderful kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is beautifully decorated. We hope to return when it is a little bit warmer!

We were in town for a family event in October. The place was delightful and big enough for the three of us. We loved the front porch for morning coffee the back porch for afternoon cocktails. Great location very comfortable and quite neighbors. Felt safe enough to take a walk downtown in the evening. We would highly recommend this place.

In a quiet neighborhood with easy access. The house is a little older but in great condition and well cared for. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was basic but well equipped for breakfast cooking.

The house was great! Check in was easy except for getting the key out of the lock that took a few minutes. The sun room was beautiful. There were so many beautiful and whimsical touches to the decor. I loved the breakfast nook. I only have it 4 stars on the location because it was a more fun down part of town. The house itself was a gem and centrally located. We would stay again.

The description is accurate but what it does not tell you is how great this place is for meeting all your needs. The host has thought of everything from all the basic kitchen needs to all the things you might have forgotten to pack for the bathroom. The bed (3 to choose from) was very comfortable. The porches were perfect for relaxing and reading. The house is spacious, decorated in interesting period furniture and painted in amazing patterns. We loved it. The host was very responsive and helpful. Downtown is just a few blocks away and morning walks in the neighborhood were delightful. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Grand Junction.

Super charming house with artistic feel. Great location: the neighborhood was quiet and a few blocks to downtown places with good places to eat/drink, including Ramblebine Brewing and Taco Party. Nice kitchen with plenty of amenities and there were both front and back porches, so lots of places to eat or relax for our family of four. Completely clean. Fast Wi-Fi. Easy to park on the street out front and lock bikes in the back yard, too. The main bike trail was a mile away and there was a bike lane for most of it. Highly recommended if you're looking for a homey stay and explore Grand Junction by foot/bike.
