Nestled in Grand Junction, this lovely house for $168 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This townhome was fully remodeled with functionality in mind! You will love the clean minimalist design with big functionality packed into this unit! Unit has a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer: CMU, Colorado National Monument, mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more. The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio with pet friendly astro turf, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds. Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit. Central Air conditioning, Roku smart TV for access to all the major apps AND access to local channels with spectrum TV, Upgraded Wifi (1 gig) for quick internet connections. Safeway/Starbucks, liquor store, and gas station 1 block away. Iconic Graff Dairy ice cream parlor right down the street. Berna B's breakfast in the Safeway shopping center (buffet breakfast on weekends) 3 miles to Colorado Mesa University, Saint Mary's Medical Center, and Downtown Grand Junction. Pets welcome for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pet MAX.

Unfortunately this was not for a vacation. The property manager was very accommodating and empathetic to our situation. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

This property was great! The property is modern and clean. It is well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Water pressure was great! Close to many points of interest in Grand Junction. Would stay each time we visit.

I wanted to spend my birthday weekend with my mom in a GJ and show her all the beauty of the western slope. Great location close to all the things we needed. Very well stocked kitchen made it really easy for us to cook dinner and save a little bit of money eating out. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The door lock access was super easy and convenient. Only issue with it was when the sun was in its prime the handle was very hot to the touch. The kitchen wear all matches and was super cute. High end appliances were great. The microwave is super powerful too. The hardwood floors seemed to be dirty or holding onto dirt. They didn't look dirty at all. Walking around barefoot our feet would get super dirty and that was upon arrival before tracking stuff in. We wore socks to avoid this. Both bed frames have a middle support pole and we stubbed our toes on them multiple times, so just something to be aware of when you stay. We wrapped blankets around them haha. The mattresses were very firm. Since they are memory foam, when we'd wake up in the morning we'd be sunk into the mattress. Not a deal breaker just something to consider if you're a picky sleeper. Communication was great. Our overall experience was good. We would stay again but not until our little one is older since the stairs are floating. It's a beautiful place.

I cannot rave enough about this stay. I’ve never felt so comfortable, other than in my own home, staying somewhere. From the cleanliness, to the softness of the sheets, to the back patio and grille, soaps and shampoos/ conditioner, the little binder of all Grand Junction goodies and info - I truly could not find a thing to complain about!!!! I will stay here every time!

Stayed a couple of nights while daughter was at a soccer camp. I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall impression of the place. It had everything we needed. Booking and communication was clear and easy. I will definitely stay here again if we ever come this way.

The place was super clean with, essentially, brand new everything. It was simply but nicely decorated with quality appointments. Simple touches like hooks and luggage racks were so helpful. Everything we needed was there, except recycling. It was comfortable and super convenient. Grocery was super close, great little outdoor space with grill.

This is a cute place and both bedrooms are well set up. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, seasonings, foil, etc. Very functional. Lovely location to see the nearby sights. A nice neighbourhood for morning walks.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Very clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, ac, soft towels, quiet neighborhood with a wonderful dairy down the street for great ice cream, near grocery and other shopping, great for our old basset hound, he had a safe area to go outside. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean, spacious, and pet friendly. Great to have a private backyard as well as a balcony. It was also nice to have the option to grill if desired. The kitchen had everything we needed, and staying there was enjoyable and easy. We'll be back!
