This Speakeasy-themed, Scandinavian home boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry, appliances & furnishings. It's central location & close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the great restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the NoDa Arts District. The house is adjacent to 73 acre Sugar Creek Park! - Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule. - We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed! - We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security. - Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted. The home was gorgeous and extremely spacious! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The look of the home was very modern with a high level of comfort. Really enjoyed the stay. Will book again soon!

Arrived on a Monday. Grass/weeds were about 6 or 7 inches high. Weeds in planting beds were over 2 feet tall. Everything was mowed down on Wednesday. Very poor first impression of the property.
The park next door was beautiful and a great place to walk. However, signs were posted to “not walk alone”. I was approached twice by homeless in the park.
The gas station that was 2 blocks away was frequented by a large group of people and was approached while filling up with gas.
Overall, nice place to stay but be vigilant about the surrounding neighborhood.

Loved how close it was to everything. The host was quick in response time, friendly, and worked to get us an early check in. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we're back in the area.

It was the perfect location to stay while in town for UNC Charlotte graduation weekend! Easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do!

Large Property; Me, My Wife And 3 Children. Centrally Located, Easy drive to Walmart, Family Dollar. Great Wolf Lodge... Katies Roller Rink.....

We enjoyed this stay. Park across the street made it easy for us to walk our pets and there is a small playground for my granddaughter. Houses are close together, but we didn't really hear any outside noise.

We stayed here for a family vacation. The property is absolutely beautiful and spacious. We would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation is to provide a stronger WiFi connection. We're a work from home family so we had to use hot spots for school and work but other than that the WiFi worked fine.

We were in town for an international convention. The property was excellent (clean and neat) and we loved the speak easy theme. Check in was a breeze. The host was very responsive. We were only a short commute from downtown and our convention activities. This property exceeded our expectations. What you see online is what you get. I highly recommend this property.

We had a niece time the surrounding area is a little sketchy but guess would call it up and coming was a police situation at store at end of road and gun shots one night but the house its self was great and close to alot of attractions

In Charlotte for graduation and this was an awesome location, house was big and clean and well stocked… it was close enough to the airport to do multiple pick ups and drop offs… super close to the University and to NODA and Southend for evening entertainment… we will definitely look here first when bringing the family back to Charlotte

This property was everything and more we needed. We felt like we were right a home. It supplied things we thought we needed to bring. Very close to everything we went to Charlotte for. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a great experience.
