Ho soggiornato con i miei amici per Capodanno: alloggio dotato di tutti i confort, posizione super ottima, a due passi (per davvero) dagli Uffizi e personale disponibile. Peccato solo per la pulizia, purtroppo l'alloggio non era molto pulito, ma dovendoci solo dormire ed essendo un gruppo di ragazzi giovani, non siamo stati molto in casa quindi non è stato un peso. CONSIGLIO!!!!

Beautiful, small apartment with clean, blended modern tuscan features. Very vertical! Guaranteed workout with no elevator option, but location can't be beat for access to the best of Firenze.

We had a wonder stay at Sweetstay place in Florence. Super convenient location, right next to so many good restaurants and Gelateria. The apartment is super comfy and had everything we needed.

This 3-story apt is RIGHT next to the Uffizi. It was quite spacious for a downtown Florence apt, and extremely clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. A few things to keep in mind - not complaints, just FYIs for travelers - the apt starts on the 4th floor of the building, so you’ll need to hike up 4 flights of stairs just to get to your ground floor; since this is by the Uffizi, there is constant noise and *swarms* of people right outside the building - you trade convenience for tranquility; the place is extremely bare bones - nonimal furniture, no decor, and no kitchen necessities. It is a wonderful place to sleep at night, and the Sweetstay team will give you a lot of confidence that they’ll take care of you before and during your stay. I definitely recommend this place and this company.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the rope floor. There are a lot of stairs but we feel very fit now. (We have come to expect this) The bathrooms are clean and the place has all you need to enjoy Florence.

The location of the apartment was great – but that was the best part of the property. The air conditioning was not working. We didn’t sleep during the night due to the temperature in the apartment registering up to 32 degrees and 30° the following morning. We called the property manager the night we checked in but never heard back from him regarding the non-functioning air conditioner.

We enjoyed our 3 nights here! It is a very stylish place that is so central in Florence!

There are not enough amazing things to say about the location of this unit! It is right next to Palazzo Vecchio, walking distance to so many sites and wonderful restaurants. Hands down - amazing location. There are a lot of steps, both to enter the apartment and within the apartment. The steps would not deter us from staying there again. Just thought I'd mention it since the unit itself is on 4 levels. There is no A/C in the bedroom on the middle floor. Luckily, we did not need this room. This unit is very spacious and would definitely benefit from floor fans to help circulate the air. Overall, amazing experience and had the best time!!!!

Staying at Sweetstay's place was a beautiful oasis during our trip across Italy. Arriving in Florence marked our halfway point in our journey, and we were blown away with how clean and spacious the apartment was. Niccolo who met us was extremely accommodating and communicated with us constantly to make sure we were able to find the location and get settled. He gave us a quick tour and then we were on our way. He also left us a care package including a bottle of wine, some juice, and assorted snacks. The apartment is located within walking distance to just about everything and it was easy to stop back by for a break during our sightseeing. There’s also a delicious bakery/coffee shop downstairs for grabbing a bite and a pick-me-up in the morning before you get going. Having all the amenities was great as we were able to utilize the fridge for storing yummies as well as the washer for cleaning our clothes for the remainder of our journey. I don’t think I can say enough about Sweetstay and their apartment. The WiFi was excellent and TV supported streaming apps allowing us to check in on things back in the states. I would highly recommend making this a stay when in Florence as we will definitely book again on our next opportunity to return.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was excellent. It was clean and A/c on top and main floor. Middle floor no A/c Washer was extra bonus.

Florence is great to visit and experience. This apartment is Located next to Uffizi museum and close to many museums, restaurants, shopping. This is a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator, so the stairs are a lot to climb with big luggage. Inside the apartment are more stairs since this is a 3 level apartment. Don’t let the stairs push you away from this place unless you have bad knees or hips. This apartment is amazing in its modern design, layout and bedrooms. The beds are large and there is even a pull out sofa bed for one adult. The kitchen is very good. One full bath with small shower. One half bath. I highly recommend this apartment. The service people were excellent and easy to communicate with. Internet was very good. One TV in kitchen area. Big size refrigerator with small freezer. No microwave. Dish washer and clothes washer machine. No dryer. Can’t wait to visit again.

The apartment itself was in the most perfect location, nested on a quiet street yet facing the best places to grab a drink at night and walk to ANY restaurant/museum under 10 minutes. Andrea, the host was spectacular. He greeted us as soon as we arrived and mapped out the BEST spots in Florence. We had dinner at Cammillo, La Giostra, and also took a quick day trip to Antinori vineyard for a beautiful lunch. He was always in contact with us if we had any questions/suggestions. Overall one of my best Airbnb experiences and if you have a chance to stay here do not miss an opportunity of a lifetime. Thank you !

What a special find. Traveling with by family of 3 and just loved the decor and location of this Airbnb. Niccollo greeted us and showed us around the apartment. Appreciated the maps with tips for restaurants and gelato Locations (Strega Nocciola was our favorite and we visited it daily!). The apartment itself is just stunning and has all the comforts from home. We definitely recommend this place!!
