The checkin experience was well Managed, the host was responsive and extremely helpful and the property was everything It was advertised to be, will stay here again in the future.

This property is absolutely amazing —there is so much space in the front and back yard for time to hang out and bond. It was the perfect place for a friends reunion. The property managers were very communicative at every step of the way. I highly recommend this property and the managers given their attention to detail, clear guidelines, and awesome communication. Thank you so much!!

We really enjoyed the property. It’s a very home-y, comfortable house. Loved the back yard. Having the extra amenities was a plus!

The house itself is absolutely great. It is very clean and the outdoor area is fantastic. My first complaint is the amount of cameras on the property. It kind of feels like you are in a show of big brother when you are in the hot tub and on the back patio. My second complaint is that you have to make a cash deposit via zelle or cashapp rather than using a credit card. Be careful when you leave because they do look for every little thing that you might have changed in the house. Overall it is a very nice property.

This immaculately maintained property was the perfect place to end our family’s time in New Mexico! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but once you walk through the front gate you’re transported into a private oasis. This was hospitality at its finest, from the communication with the host and property manager prior to arrival, to the top-notch house amenities. And let’s talk about that backyard, which is as stunning as the pictures online! Between soaks in the hot tub, roasting s’mores over the fire pit, BBQ dinners on the covered patio, and leisurely playing the backyard games provided, we never wanted to leave! We were pleased to see that the property was even nicer than what we had expected from the photos. The owner was extremely nice, helpful and met us at the property to go over any questions that we had. She clearly takes pride in the property. It was extremally clean, well appointed. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The beds and sheets were very soft and the towels were plush. The owner thought of even minor details, including a jigsaw puzzle for us and placemats, runners and candles. The property was also centrally located to shopping, museums, hiking trails and other tourist attractions. You can't go wrong, selecting this property and ABQ has so much more to offer than hot air balloon rides. We plan to definitely return for a future family vacation and we have encouraged our friends and family to consider this property and location for future vacations as well.

We have stayed at many VRBO's through out the country and I can say we loved the property and the location of this one. Very easy to get to most things fairly quickly. Beautiful house and landscape, back yard and hot tub were very relaxing! Donavan and Carolyn were great hosts and super accomodating and we were very appreciative of the recommendations they suggested on places to eat or to visit. Just can't say enough good about this one.

Beautiful property with every detail attended to! We visited ABQ for UNM Parents Weekend and this space was the perfect way to enjoy the weekend. Everything was in perfect working order and we enjoyed relaxing in the courtyards with either a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening . Everything was clean as a whistle in the gorgeous kitchen and though we didn't cook, we could have. There is everything you could want or need in the kitchen (the whole place really.) Beds were comfy and bathrooms were well appointed and clean. Laundry baskets and closet storage were a nice touch. We had a question about the firepit & the host got in touch lickety split. Property managers also left us a sweet surprise! Would definitely stay here again. Notes: 1) There was a damage deposit required. No big deal, I just didn't realize it. 2) There was no door on the bathroom in the master suite. It worked out for us, but something you definitely want to know before you book. 3) Neighborhood didn't seem the absolute greatest, but we had no problems/never felt unsafe. 4) We much prefer self-check in.

The house was cozy and clean. We loved the amazing backyard and enjoyed being able to just spend time together. The host was quick to respond and helpful with our simple requests. Great place to stay!

Can't recommend this property enough! The house is stunning with many new updates. The backyard is absolutely spectacular with so much room to relax and enjoy your stay. Owners are so attentive of you have any questions or need assistance. If you are in Albuquerque, you must consider this house!!

The home was beautiful and well stocked. I was in town to get married on Saturday. At first I was a little freaked out from the property manager when she watched us pull in and called immediately about the number of people she is watching in the cameras but once we got that cleared up we enjoyed the rest of our stay.
