Ski just a couple minutes to the lifts to be whisked away for fun-filled days of skiing. After you return from your outdoor adventures, take delight in an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a game room, a spa, and a fitness center. Stroll to the eateries and shops in the village, or stay in and choose from two on-site restaurants. Head less than three miles to Avon for even more dining, shopping, and entertainment options. In the summer months, delight in prime wildlife viewing, fishing, hiking, and biking. Tee off at Beaver Creek Golf Club, located just next door. Enjoy a private, mountain-view patio with a gas grill. Unwind into vacation mode on the queen sofa bed in the living area. In the evening, light the wood-burning fireplace and settle in to watch your favorite shows on the TV. Prepare hearty dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and an array of helpful appliances, including a Nespresso coffeemaker. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. Gather for meals around the six-person dining table. Find comfort in the spacious 1,100-square-foot suite with a desk, California king bed, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom is furnished with a TV and offers ample storage space. Complimentary WiFi, an in-home washer/dryer, a twin rollaway bed, and firewood are provided in the vacation rental. The outdoor pool is unheated and is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day and during ski season, November through April. Parking notes: No parking available. Ski shuttle details: Download Village Connect app. Works like Lyft or Uber. Can use throughout Beaver Creek aream Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great tastefully renovated unit, windows every where, natural light and beautiful views. The unit is located close to the lobby and elevator #3, Kitchen fully equipped with nespresso machine, air fryier, blender, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer too. We enjoyed the BBQ at balcony. The hotel location is amazing, ski out with lift #14 and ski inn at front and back of the building. Free hotel shuttle non stop ( BTW George the driver is amazing guy) to the mail lifts like centennial or strawberry, less than 150 yards to walk. Outdoor pool, fire pit and 3 jacuzzis, indoor poll and jacuzzi, excellent spa services with steam room, sauna and relax room. We being at the Chater manny times but this apartment was the best at all. We definitely come back.

This condo is just beautiful. The photos definitely do not provide a good reference for how large it is - there was a ton of space!! The decor is modern and very comfy, we loved the large couch, copious blankets, and wood-burning fire place. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to cook a family meal during one of the nights we were there. The Charter has many amenities that we enjoyed- specifically the pool and hot tubs, and the bar off the lobby had a great happy hour. The ski-in/ski-out access was relatively easy to figure out as well, with the help of the front desk personnel. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars was for the pre-arrival communication and the during-stay communication. I would recommend that more of the information that was provided by the Charter front desk be provided on the Vacasa site under "Know Before You Go," as well as better written descriptions of the overall space. It would have prepared us better for the trip. Additionally, we tried to contact someone from Vacasa during our stay and never got a response. For potential guests of this home be advised that the full bathroom (with the shower) is off the master, and it would help you a ton to check out The Charter's website for more information about the rest of the property.

This property is NOT a ski in ski out property as it says. Our reservation was not in the system upon checkin. Shuttle service is good and friendly staff. Restaurant in building has limited hours which is inconvenient. Nice property overall however when paying for a true ski in ski out property is expected it’s very disappointing to find out it’s not. I would not have booked this property if knowing this up front.

Great property, convenient location, clean place. The small things/touches were missing, which would have made our stay perfect: not enough paper towels for the kitchen, low on toilet paper, no detergent, etc. A humidifier would be nice to have in the apartment (though the hotel had some they couldn't service the property).The property had all of these in small quantities when we arrived but ran out of those pretty fast for a fam of 4.
