About this house rental
Located in Jacksonville Beach, this lovely house for $501 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Your own backyard lagoon in the heart of Jacksonville beach Fl. Private unheated pool and relaxing hot tub make this an unbelievable vacation. Close to the beach, Parks, shopping centers, trails and restaurants. Pamper yourself with included coffee, games for the entire family, a game table, and fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. The space Our spacious 3ba/2bath home is outfitted with guests comfort and convenience in mind for the perfect beach vacation! Flat screen TV in the living room, master bedroom and den. Wifi is included and you will have access to all apps on the fire stick including Netflix. The master bedroom has a King bed with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Kitchen is stocked to enjoy a nice meal after a long day of sun and sea. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Guests can relax in a nice screened in patio in a quiet neighborhood while having a cold beverage or morning coffee; Overlooking the refreshing scenery of plants and trees overlapping the pool. The patio will be stocked with beach towels, boogie boards, sand buckets and beach toys. Our home is well stocked with all the essentials our guests will need during their stay. Other things to note We are located minutes away from shopping centers, about 30 minutes from Jacksonville International airport, only 3 minutes from south beach park and sunshine playground and if you’re looking to hit the beach, it is just a 10 minute drive. **Things to Note There's a chance debris from landscaping will enter the pool from harsh weather conditions. We do take strict measures to maintain a debris-free pool, but please be aware that leaves will fall into pool as this is out of our control. There is a grill for guest use, we just ask guest to clean after using to avoid an extra cleaning fee. We only supply a propane tank, not refills. Guest will be responsible for providing a refill.

The house was very clean and well stocked. Arrangements were super easy and comings with the manager was wonderful, she even checked in when a big storm blew through and knocked the power out.
The pool was amazing and the house was minutes from the beach. Highly recommend!

The house is nice and cozy with plenty of room for 6. Briana provided all the basics (tp, pt, dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, etc) which was Really nice. She even had shampoo, cond., & body wash in the shower dispensers. She was always quick to answer any questions. There are three bedrooms with all different kinds of mattress which I thought was nice since some like a firm mattress and some like soft. The master bedroom has the firm mattress and the other two rooms are soft and medium. To cold for the pool but did enjoy the hot tub and the backyard landscaping was beautiful. The house is close enough (10 min. or less drive to beach) to everything but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter, that goes to JU for parent's weekend. This house was perfect, and Briana was fantastic! We asked her if it would be ok for some of the girls and parents to come over for dinner, and she said no problem! We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Perfect location. Short distance from beach. Quiet neighborhood. Short distance to anything you need. Only complaint was bed in the master bedroom was very hard. It was like sleeping on a concrete floor. Everything else was great. Hot tub was great and pool was too.

Briana was wonderful to work with. We arrived a few hours prior to the stated check in time. I contacted her and she allowed us to go ahead and check in no problem. Good location and felt save. The only recommendation I have is maybe a stand fan for some noise at night, but that is a personal preference. The house was clean and exactly as described and expected.

We were staying in another property prior to this one during our visit with family. We decided to extend our stay, but the other property was not available for the days we wanted to extend. Briana was on it! She understood we needed quick communication! From the start, very accommodating! We told her we may have additional guest or 2 during the day and an additional overnight guest on one of the days. She had absolutely no issues and appreciated our honesty.....
Then we arrived! 😳🤤🙌👍we were surprised because the pictures, truly, no justice! We wished we had spent the first part of our vacation here! This place had everything we needed even basic spices and herbs in the cupboard (no one ever thinks of this, thank you), various toys and games, indoor and outdoor, to entertain our 3 year old! VERY CLEAN! LOTS of space for a larger group if need be. The pool and hot tub made it even better! We put this house on our list! We will check for the availability on this property before searching anywhere else. I just hope they found our occupancy as pleasant and enjoyable. We do hope to be a regular visitor to Briana's beautiful home at the beach for our future visits with our local family!

Briana is wonderful to work with. This property was a wonderful choice for our family and friends. The pool was great and clean. The house was decorated nicely and had plenty of space for us. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and in a great location. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to future stays!

The layout of the property is very nice, the decorations are great plus comfortable bed. The house overall was clean but fans/vents could have been wiped (but I’ve noticed a lot of houses we rented in past miss cleaning the vents/fans) Kitchen was very well equipped I would just prefer few more plastic items like cups/bowls (much easier for kids) the screen room is nice esp the jacuzzi but that area does need some updating (roof drips water if it rains heavily plus one side of screen needs fixing) the pool was perfect size and clean. Size of back yard was perfect too. The pool is not heated but the water was perfect to swim in. We had an issue with the ac when we arrived however the owner was right away on top of that issue and within 2hrs everything was perfect (just want ppl to know that the ac issue just kind of happened bc something got clogged and no one would know there is an issue until it shots off and doesn’t cool or heat…the owner was extremely helpful and very quickly responding to the issue and kept us posted) I would recommend this house to other people/family/friends and I would stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay. Jacksonville is overall a beautiful place to visit .

Briana (the host) has the home set up perfect! She has everything you need plus extra! There's really no reason to leave the house you have a foosball table and tons of other games inside and outside a sunroom with table, games, and a hot tub then you have the pool & tons of stuff for it along with chairs and tables all around the pool and even though the pool isn't heated it's right in the sun so it's the perfect temperature all the time! We went swimming at 9-10pm at night and the water felt amazing! Along with yard to play in and a gas grill. The neighbor is nice, peaceful and seems very safe! The location is perfect anything you want is within 5-15 mins of the house.
Briana was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful! I would definitely want to rent her house again!

But it was still a nice and comfortable place to rent and I would visit again. The things I mentioned are just for improvement not to take anything away from the property. So I am saying these things so the owner will have a honest opinion and hope that they continue to do well with this rental by giving them positive feedback .AGAIN this is still a GREAT RENTAL!!!!!

The backyard was EVERYTHING
Gorgeous yard and pool! We enjoyed every moment of our visit. Location is AMAZING as well! Close to all stores and restaurants! House was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Thank you so much to this owner, they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The perfect getaway
Briana was such a great host and her home was clean,spacious and beautiful. The location was central to everything you needed while on vacation and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and all the games she had for every age group. The game table was a plus! The kitchen was fully stocked with all essential items which was very convenient for us. I really enjoyed the gift basket and note Briana left for us. Briana's home was perfect and I would highly recommend!
