We loved everything about the condo especially the beautiful views of the beach from the large balcony. We woke up at 7am to eagerly sit on the balcony to have breakfast and watch the gorgeous sunrise. It was peaceful and serene. The condo is roomy with large bedrooms. We loved walking out on the beach looking for shark teeth and shells. We saw several dolphins playing in the water. There were good restaurants within a 5 minute drive in to the town. Groceries and other stores were within a 10 minute drive We loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves and watching the moon reflect on the water. We could see so many stars , even a shooting star. The neighborhood was safe to walk around and the building was secure. It was the perfect place to have our family come together. We loved it and hope to return in the future!

Very spacious with a wonderful view of the ocean. Fantastic location close to so many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. We could not navigate the TV. It’s Google TV and we are not familiar enough but we decided not having tv was okay and played cards and enjoyed the beautiful view more. Plenty of cooking pans and utensils as we cooked several dishes for Thanksgiving. We will be back.

Condo is spacious, view is awesome, nice pool even though we were not able to use it. It was windy and the pool was too cold. Easy access to the beach which we enjoyed.
Would recommend some medium size pots and a better frying pan and some spatulas and stirring utensils.
We truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time 😊

Nice 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom, as well as one of the other bedrooms, only had a queen bed. There was a king bed in the third bedroom. Only one TV in living room. The bedrooms didn't have TVs, which would've been nice. We are a family of 6 adults and 2 young children. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

This condo is the perfect place to enjoy the patio in the early morning for Sunrise and then in the afternoon to keep the high heat and sun off of you. Just simply stunning views and perfect set up of the Patio. We were hoping that condo would have had a beach umbrella and better condition beach chairs as well as beach towels. We did bring our own beach towels and made the best of the chairs provided but would not be comfortable for older residents. We also love to cook on vacation and found the oven to not be the cleanest and one of the showers looked to have not been cleaned from a previous stay. Still had soap and other shampoo in the shower and hair in the drain. No big deal as we were able to clean up the shower. We also found wet laundry in the washer that we ended up rewashing for the house and then leaving in one of the spare bedrooms. The master bedroom also didn't have the King but again this was fine as my Daughter loved that room. We would stay here again if the chance comes up. Thank you.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation!! We would definitely stay here again! Fair warning- Although the condo is well-equipped when you get there, there were no spares of anything. Had to make a run to the store for trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent because they only had enough for our first day.

Such a great location! Close to so many shops and restaurants. The beach and pool were perfect. Only complaint was not enough sheets for the beds.

We were very impressed with the condo. I would like to make a suggestion as a matter of safety that grab bars be placed in the tubs and shower. I’m 72 years old and lose my balance rather easy.
We had no ice as the ice maker was broken so we had to buy a bag everyday.
Also a lamp in the living room would be nice.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in the condo, even the teenagers had a great time.

Fantastic location on Jax Beach. We had a complex gathering this year, and required a lot of flexibility. This property was located perfectly right on the beach, and close to everything Jax Beach has to offer. We spent two weeks enjoying natural northeast Florida, and this property was perfectly located.
The property has a well stocked kitchen. There were no cooking items we missed, and we cooked there a lot. We have dietary restrictions for several so we had to cook. And the kitchen was great for this. We had all the bedding we needed. The beds were comfortable.
The views are fantastic!!! It’s a corner property facing the amazing fishing pier of Jax Beach. We have great sunrise pics from the room!!
The only three things you should know are: 1) that there are no beach towels provided so bring your own. We talked to the owners about this and apparently they were stolen often. 2) Also the pool is not heated. Which most of the year is fine but as a December traveler, the pool was chilly (we still swam a lot :) 3) read the arrival instructions: it’s super easy but I didn’t read them all and was annoying on arrival (the owners were great with me despite my oversights).

This beautiful condo was everything we expected. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. It is a corner unit with amazing views throughout in a quiet neighborhood. The owners thoughtfully provided a beach cart and grocery cart that helped reduce our trips to the parking garage and condo quite a bit! Loved that it was within walking distance from a cute local cookie & ice cream shop and a convenience store to get ice and other staples. Also within walking distance to many favorites like V’s Pizza and Landshark Grille. If we didn’t feel like Uber Eats, the Tide’s Bar and Grill next door at the Hampton Inn was very convenient for a quick bite and drinks while we were enjoying the beach. The pool and spa were very clean and both at great temperatures. One drawback, although most places we’ve stayed do not allow food or drink when you’re in the pool or spa and only in designated areas like umbrella tables, this HOA does not allow any food and drink (except clear water bottles) on the pool/spa deck. The maintenance personnel monitors via cameras and they will ask you to remove the food and/or drinks. This property is in a beautiful neighborhood in North Jacksonville Beach and we felt very safe walking to and from nearby restaurants. I believe there may be issues with non-residents and/or non-guests of residents entering the property as some of the elderly residents would stop us or our guests to ask if we lived there or knew access codes. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again. Thank you John and Wendy!

We stayed at this property for a week with our two adult children their wives and one grandchild. There was plenty of room and the view is amazing! I loved that the unit was on the end of the building. We didn’t have to worry about noise when we were in the living room playing games. The host is very r nice and very responsive.

We had a great time! We had 6 adults, a 4 year old and a 1 year old.
Area/location is great. Parking and accessing the beach are a breeze. Lots to do around the condo. Very quiet and a great vacation spot. Beds were very comfy!
We had a few minor issues pop up (more towels and keypad battery died but owners were prepared and very responsive!)

UNIT NOT CLEANED
AFTER THE CLEANING STAFF FINALLY ARRIVED IT WAS ALMOST 8PM. I EXPECT A CREDIT ALONG WITH MY DEPOSIT .

The condo is great in a great location. The people who live there in the other condos were so nice. The mattresses were very firm and we were not used to that. I wish there was more than one tv so at night we could break away from each other. If we needed anything, we just sent a message and got a quick response. We would love to come back to this condo.

The location is outstanding! The condo is fantastic! If I were to offer any suggestions, have a couple of beach chairs in the condo to use. We borrowed chairs from family. While the kitchen was fully functional, it could be a bit better equipped, but we were able to manage. All-in-all it’s a beautiful condo right ont he beach so it’s a great place!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this clean 3 bedroom/3bath condo. We don't normally 'vacation' in this area but may consider it in the future. The condo complex was nice, and the area was clean. The kitchen was fully furnished; Full-size laundry room; Beds were very firm; Loved the large back porch facing the beach; Covered parking was a plus; Convenient to a small store for quick purchases; Pool area was nice and clean with chairs for sitting; We were able to call a local rental company to have chairs and umbrella for beach days. We had one maintenance issue, but owner sent repair technician within 24 hours. If in Jacksonville Beach again, our family would love to stay in this condo again.

Very roomy, clean, and nicely furnished. This unit had everything we needed. The pool and the spa were very well kept and a great stop on the way back from the beach.
