About this house rental
This 3BR/2.5BA beach home is located in a quiet neighborhood & equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation/long term stay. Open layout features vaulted ceilings, beautiful kitchen, dining & living space. All 3 spacious bedrooms offer a comfortable night's sleep. Beach chairs are provided in addition to linens & towels. Jax Beach's most popular park is just steps away! Pool construction was just completed on a beautiful saltwater HEATED pool with a swim deck. This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds including the extra sleeper in the living room. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee. Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction. *** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. The house is 2 story which we did not know. It was decorated nicely, comfortable beds, clean, beautiful pool and pool area. The only problem I had was I had a fall in the garage the 1st day. There was a step down 2 steps from the door that was the same gray color that blended in with the garage floor. My brother tripped but only I fell.

The house was so great. Outside area was fabulous, 1 mile from the beach, cute family neighborhood. Property was well appointed and nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

I was in town for a conference and my father came with me. The place is exquisite. Very thoughtful design. The location is fabulous - a brief walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach! And that pool!!!! Couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The house was spotless, well equipped, the pool was incredible, and the location was great! The beach was a short drive away and the beach chairs were much appreciated.

Great stay for our family . The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfortable . Having a heated pool and outdoor tv was awesome.
There is a local park in walking distance perfect for walking our dogs . Stores are conveniently located.

Such a wonderful place to stay! The home is absolutely beautiful. The pool is phenomenal and we loved the turf outside the pool. Lots of extras including beach and pool items. The beds were very comfortable as well. We loved our stay and cannot wait to visit again.

Perfect for a getaway
We really enjoyed staying at this property and a had a fun girl's weekend. Their beach supplies they offered at the house were awesome (chairs, umbrellas, cart). The house was down the road from the beach and large shopping centers were close by for us to pick up any food/supplies.
Only complaint is the trash situation, they rely on people staying there to take the trashcans to the street and we arrived on the day it should've been picked up, but the previous people didn't take it down so we started the weekend with overflowing trash.

This was our first time staying in an Vrbo. The service was really good, clean location. The managers answered our questions really timely. Excellent location. The house is very clean and comfortable. Very recommended and I plan to stay there more times.

Amazing Getaway
If you are looking for a property that has a little bit of everything then look no further. We absolutely loved our stay at the Coastal Treehouse. The house was beautiful and our daughter especially liked the “hidden” bed with the tucked behind the bunk bed. It is like she had her own treehouse there. The neighborhood was beautiful with Christmas lights everywhere and a short walk to the park to play some frisbee and sand volleyball. This house on top of the incredible beach make this the perfect place to stay. Be sure to eat at the bearded pig during your stay!! Just amazing!

We were in Jacksonville to visit with my son who just returned from Deployment. The house was exactly as pictured. It was close to the ocean & shopping. We are so happy we chose this house instead of a few hotel rooms. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Great house!
We came to Jacksonville to see our first Jaguar game. I had my son and daughter in law and their two college aged boys. Also, had another grandson with me. Six of us were very comfortable in the house. We had a wonderful time and the house was a perfect fit for our family. Lovely neighborhood and the house was clean and very well equipped. I can't wait to go back to Jax and stay in this house again. Thank you Mike for recommending the Dockside restaurant in the area. It was fantastic! Anne B., Greenville, SC

Our family (ages 1 and up) had a fabulous time! One of our sons had planned a surprise proposal for his girlfriend and we were just a short distance from the event at Brew Hound. Afterwards, most of the adults celebrated with stops along the beach bars on 1st Street.
The grand kids loved the beach and all of the toys. The beach tote was super convenient and easy to handle. A trip to Rita’s Italian Ice is always a huge hit! We made use of the fabulous playground and splash pad only 2 blocks away to help tire them out.
Beds were very comfortable. Nicely stocked kitchen with lots of dishware made it convenient for our group. There was plenty of seating and we enjoyed an engagement supper with both sides of the family able to spread out comfortably.
The only slight down side was that the backyard doesn’t have a lot of grass which was a bit messy in and out but they have a vacuum to help with clean up.
We will definitely go back!

The master is downstairs so my son felt as if he had his own separate space upstairs. Have to mention the beds, the mattresses were amazing. I have never slept that well in my life! Must have been new like almost everything else in the house😁 Backyard was also a perfect place to relax and unwind! Not only is it close to Mayo, it’s super close to the beach, shopping and all the restaurants you need. Would definitely recommend!
