Nestled in Jacksonville Beach, this attractive house for $643 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This immaculate, professionally designed single family home with a private backyard oasis and covered patio invites comfort and exudes modern elegance. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining. With TVs in every room including 65" TVs in family room and a kitchen completely stocked with all the cooking and entertaining necessities, you will not be left wanting. The main bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The backyard offers a large, covered patio with heated pool and water lounge ledge, outdoor dining and living area. The garage has been converted into climate-controlled game room with ping pong table and dart board. This vacation home promises to not disappoint. Little less than half mile to beach and 6 homes from the best park at the beaches which includes a brand-new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and huge playground. We provide all the necessary equipment except skateboards. Also, very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and grocery stores. We rented this home to accommodate my family who was visiting from out of town. This slice of paradise we just perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. The backyard, which includes a spacious deck and pool area was comfortable and inviting. We were steps from a wonderful park and very close to the beach and all that it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this beach bungalow to anyone looking to stay in the Jax Beach area. You will not be disappointed.

Our family had an amazing Stay-cation as live in the area. The house was everything we thought it would be and more. The communication with the property manager was excellent, and we had everything we needed. The house is so warm and cozy. We will be renting again!

From the moment we booked this home, we were very pleasantly surprised by the ease and efficiency of their process. Last rental had a 10 page rental agreement and needed copies of back and front of our credit card, IDs AND a selfie with the credit card...ridiculous. This by comparison was a breeze and it only got better from there. We had the home address, door code and check in/out instructions immediately. On arrival, the home was beautiful, well appointed, beautifully decorated, looked and smelled clean and was thoughtfully stocked, down to bottles of water in the refrigerator. The pool and backyard was well maintained, private, peaceful and gorgeous.The home is also perfectly located close to the beaches and other amenities which put this haven away from home at the very top of our list of rentals we would return to in a heartbeat! Also small but important detail...all the TV remotes were conspiciously placed and labeled and actually worked and were easy to use which seems one of those small details that most rentals confoundingly get so wrong. Perfect stay! 5 enthuiastic stars from start to finish! Many, many thanks from the Sanfords.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house is peacefully decorated with hints of the beach, but not overdone. And the backyard is like a mini-resort. A comfy sitting area, dining table and comfy couch are all on the beautiful porch, while the gorgeous pool has lovely lounge chairs on one end and Adirondack chairs on the other. The pool was heated to perfection for the chilly nights we experienced. And it was pet-friendly. What more could you ask for?

Great property, location. Simple check in/out. Had an incident with group of spring breakers staying in the property behind us. Threatened our kids over the fence within the first hour of arriving. Other than that, had a nice stay.

Fabulous retreat!

Full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry supplies and kitchen soaps. 4-rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towel, coffee and creamer, toaster , blender, kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans- even had can koozies and a Bluetooth speaker. All the beach toys, towels, chairs, coolers you need- only thing missing was an umbrella for my fair skinned friends. Beautifully decorated and very clean!!!! Quality linens and comfortable beds. We will be staying here again, highly recommend!

Perfect oasis for family and friends
We really enjoyed this home over the holiday break. The backyard is just like the pictures. We lived outside between the heated pool, fire pit and outdoor TV. A huge park is just around the corner--playground was under construction, but huge soccer field and tennis courts that our kids loved. And the garage is stocked with tennis rackets, soccer balls, pool toys and even has a ping pong and shuffleboard table. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook two holiday dinners. Very clean--and covid conscious--purell, lysol right at the front door. And so glad we were able to bring our dog along. Beach is about a 5 minute drive --and they have coolers, beach chairs, beach toys all in the garage to use as well. Really couldn't recommend more if you're looking for a place to stay in JAX beach.

The house is true to the pictures, very nice and comfortable. Extremely easy checkin. Loved the location, house, pool, and the back porch is amazing. Very nice to have linens, towels, cleaning supplies, etc… in a rental home. We will definitely rent again from this company.

Absolutely loved this house! It's exactly as it looks in the pictures. So cozy and comfortable you can't help but relax when you are there. Spent as much time as we could enjoying the deck and the pool. Mike and Trisha were great and easy to get ahold of if you needed them. Would highly recommend this property and we will be back.

Perfect for a family vacation
The house was in a great location. Just minutes from several different beaches. Great access to Ponte Vedra shops and restaurants in 5 minutes. House was updated and had everything we needed. The pool was the selling point. It was a good size and very clean and was stocked with everything you need. We sat on the back deck in the shade for hours! I want to be fair and balanced so I will mention the only thing I thought could have been improved especially since we stayed for 6 days, which was the mattress in the master bedroom. I’m probably being a bit too critical but I think a better and more comfortable mattress would have made this house a 10/10. Other than that, we loved it and we hope to come back. If your considering this home, do it and you won’t be disappointed. One more thing, Mike was a big help and easy to work with.

Comfortable neighborhood house
This house is convenient to Jax beach, Neptune beach, Atlantic beach and ponte vedra. House was very clean and comfortable. Nice pool and deck with shaded afternoons! A few hiccups were taken care of by Mike and we had a nice time in the area.

The property is as advertised. Very clean, plenty of towels, toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The owner was communicative and accommodating. The backyard was an oasis.

Check in was super easy and convenient. The house was clean and had everything we needed (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, beach towels, etc.). We were 1 block from a large park and skatepark and loved being able to walk there. The pool was perfect for getting some sun and for the kids to spend all day swimming. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need for cooking. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Our only complaint was that both guest rooms had sliding doors to the pool and there was no alarm or lock up top so I worried about my 2 and 4 year old sneaking out by the pool without me knowing.
