Come cozy up in a beautiful one-bedroom rental located 1.5 miles from enchanting downtown Bozeman, and 1.5 miles from the MSU Campus. This delightful newly refinished rental places you just minutes from great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, gyms, grocery stores and parks. Relax and soak in the glorious Bridger Mountains views as you gaze out on the park like back yard spreading almost a full acre surrounded with mature trees and a garden of flowers. If you don't have a car or don't feel like driving, catch a ride. Take advantage of the free Streamline Bus Stop located just down the street, providing free transit throughout all of Bozeman, Belgrade and Gallatin valley area. Noise Disclaimer: Rizen Cottage provides a separate entrance and living space with all the amenities however it is part of our personal residence. We have two kids who love to laugh, sing and play. Although we do our best to be courteous of our noise level there is noise transfer, the sound of fellow humans living their lives. Rizen Cottage is cute & cozy, which is just what we were looking for in January with cold weather. I look forward to coming again with better weather where we can take advantage of the beautiful yard the place has to offer. It has everything you need and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Jeni was so kind and helpful throughout our trip. I absolutely loved the Rizen Cottage and the amenities offered. It truly felt like home away from home. I didn’t want to leave because of the hospitality Jeni provided. We will be back sooner than later! If you’re looking for an adorable spot with great access to everything in Montana, book with my girl Jeni! You won’t be disappointed 😊

This was one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed at. The description was exactly as described and a perfect location for my son to pick me up each day. I slept so well in the comfortable bed! Beautiful fall weather and lovely view of the backyard each morning was delightful. I highly recommend and would absolutely return it!

Beautiful Quaint place. I can tell that thought of everything so you weren’t left without anything that’s needed! My only suggestion would be to create a walking path in the yard from the parking spot. We felt a little bad walking thru the grass.

Jeni and her family were great hosts!
It was a quiet and cozy. I was surprised at how quiet it was. I even slept longer than i ever sleep at home. Perfect little get away for me for a couple days to see my son who goes to college there. Thank you Jeni. You were a pleasure and i loved the pitter patters from the littles above me.

This space was centrally located to Bozeman, and was very comfortable to sleep, eat and relax. The yard is beautiful, the space is decorated perfectly and there is plenty of space to park. We had a great stay!

My daughter and I stayed at the Rizen Cottage and had a great experience! The space is very cozy and clean, the bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets and the location was close to everything in Bozeman. My daughter LOVED the back yard and it was great having a space to let her run around outside. The host family was very warm, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and we will be booking again when we are back next summer!

We had the best stay at Rizen Cottage in Bozeman. The space was comfortable and extremely clean--as in walk barefoot with no grit on the floor clean. Just the right size for the two of us with plenty of space to spread out. We appreciated the amenities-- extra blankets, kitchen appliances, hooks to hang towels/clothes/bags, washer/dryer, off street parking, etc. The location was ideal--basically downtown or on campus without the noise or traffic. And the yard! Beautiful and huge! How nice to sit at the little table and look up at the stars at night or have a cup of coffee in the morning!
We did not take advantage of the grill, extra beds, or baby gear.
Our small issue (chirping smoke detector) was resolved immediately. As stated in the description, this cottage is part of their home so there was a bit of noise from that, but nothing loud or disruptive. In fact, the friendly smiles and waves from the family if they happened to be out when we walked by were a treat!
We highly recommend Rizen Cottage and look forward to staying here again when we get to return to Bozeman.

This property is a great place to hang your hat. Everything on the reviews is accurate, and such a great value. Clean, great shower, you can sometimes hear footsteps above you, but nothing that is disturbing. Be prepared to haul your things across a yard--parking is not directly in front of the house, but not bad at all--I am an event planner, so had a small collapsable wagon with me that made things easier. Just remember to buy coffee before you get there! LOL! There is everything to make it, just not complimentary, but if tea and cocoa are for you, there is plenty (was not expecting anything, so this was great!)! Towels were great, bedding incredible. I travel a ton for work, and this will be another place at the top of my list!

This house is close to everything! Great home base as we moved our kiddo into MSU - only a few minutes from campus and easy access to all the shopping and great restaurants of Bozeman. Jeni is a wonderful host! we had everything we needed!

Very nicely designed in-law unit. While attached to the family home, it is completely private and with separate entrance. Jeni the host is super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to provide excellent advice about Bozeman, Yellowstone, and the surrounding areas. She went above and beyond to accommodate an expected travel situation. Highly recommended!!

Cute property and a very friendly corgi made this stay prefect for my spouse and me. We arrived super late and Jeni left the lights on in the apartment so that we weren't going in blind and having to make noise fumbling around... much appreciated! We worked remote on Friday and the wifi and little noise made it very productive. A little far to walk and we did not use the shuttle, but that was literally across the street so could be really convenient. Property info is 100% accurate!

MSU-New Student Orientation

Not bad but needs some improvements
This place is nice and has all the amenities. The interior is clean and comfortable. Our biggest complaint is people walking (and jumping) above the room and the noise transfer through the walls often times after the disclosed "quiet time" Something else to be improved is also the lack of a walk way through the yard. During our stay it rained alot and therefore the grass was wet leading to our feet getting soaked everytime we walked out to the car if we weren't wearing boots. These aren't major complaints and we didn't spend a lot of time in the property other than to sleep.
