Keaton's Moose Manor: Plenty of Space to Relax & Unwind
About this cabin rental
Nestled in Sevierville, this attractive cabin for $460 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Keaton's Moose Manor is the perfect gateway for your Pigeon Forge vacation, featuring a terrific location close to all of the popular attractions and ample space for up to 14 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Living Room Look in the dictionary under “luxury” and you should see a picture of this plush leather seating! These richly upholstered beauties are all recliners, and once you sink in, you’ll truly know your vacation has begun. The living room features a cathedral ceiling, rustic stone fireplace, and a huge flat-screen TV for movie marathons or TV binges. Generous windows and French doors make this a light, inviting space. A second, separate living area provides even more room for spreading out. With a leather couch and recliner, plus another flat-screen TV and private, direct access to the deck, this second living room is ideal for private time for the grown-ups (bring your wine or moonshine) or a fun evening for the kids (bring their favorite movies). Kitchen and Dining The kitchen at Keaton’s Moose Manor is a pleasure to the eye, and what you’ll cook in this gourmet kitchen will be a pleasure for your taste buds. The unusual deep coral pink cabinets give the kitchen warmth and cozy color. You get tons of counter space for everything from chopping veggies to laying out a breakfast bar of waffles, pancakes, and tasty toppings. The fully equipped kitchen provides all you need to make full gourmet meals or quick snacks to go. The dining area is tucked between two windows, giving you great views while you dine or play games at the beautiful wood table. Bedrooms Everyone gets a comfy place to snooze in this three-bedroom cabin. One spacious bedroom features a king bed plus a set of bunk beds. The loft is a bonus sleeping area with two sets of bunk beds perfect for kids or teens. Another king bedroom features added bunks. A third beautiful bedroom adjoins the second living area, creating a suite if you want private space away from other guests. With three full baths, guests won’t get in each others’ way as they get ready for days out on the town in Pigeon Forge. Outdoor Spaces Two levels of decks extend your living space outdoors! Relax in the rocking chairs while you take in the vistas of forested hills and misty blue mountains. An outdoor dining table seats six but is perfect for just one if you want your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air. A full-sized picnic table adds even more seating and makes a great place for kids to hang out. The deck is also home to your bubbling hot tub--outdoors for wonderful views, yet tucked into its own enclosure on the deck, so you can soak in peace. Of course, there’s a charcoal grill outside, too, so pick up some burgers, ribs, or chicken and let the smell of grilling whet your appetite! Local Attractions Rainforest Adventures Discovery Zoo More than 600 animals represent 130 species of rainforest mammals, birds, and reptiles here. Meet colorful parrots and toucans, monkeys, lemurs, and more, and learn about the rainforests’ rich animal life. Titanic Museum Attraction Step back in time and board the Titanic before its doomed voyage. This experience recreates life on board the luxury liner as you assume the identity of a real passenger. Try out a lifeboat, touch a real iceberg and see hundreds of artifacts pulled from the real Titanic. Dollywood’s Splash Country Dollywood’s next door, of course! But did you know there’s a sister park, Splash Country, a water park with slides, pools, river “rapids,” easy floating trips, and much more? Cool off with a day of fun here.

Wonderful, roomy cabin to get my family under one roof to celebrate our youngest and last child's graduation from high school. Beautiful mountain view, but close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

My friends and I chose this cabin for our weekend away. We all like our own beds and there were 6 of us. And beds to spare. It was clean and cozy. Perfect for a getaway for us girls.

It was a very nice place. Just needs a little work on doors and drains. The smell from land fill was no the best smell. The wood boring bees were pretty bad, was hard to sit outside and enjoy the views We did have a good time

Everything was wonderful with the exception of not enough towels for everyone. The only other thing is we needed to bring our own paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper. Not a big deal, but it would have been good to know in advance so that we could have had them with us.

Everything was as expected...the cabin was perfect for our family. The lift was a big hit for the younger crowd, and the hot tub did not disappoint. Only down side was internet/wifi connection very slow or non existent, and the downstairs outlets in the bathroom did not function. We still had a great time!!

The property is at the top of the peak in a subdivision, and you have a very nice view off of the deck. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. You can sleep 14 here with no problem. However, the table only sits 6 for dining. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The one suggestion I have is that you have someone adjust or repair the doors to the bathrooms and bedrooms. The doors either do not shut and stay shut. The downstairs bedroom and family room make for almost an apartment of its own. The bedroom is a little small, but the privacy is great. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

1. 19-20 degree weather with no downstairs heat. Weve made 2 calls. The one time someone came out instead of resolving the heat downstairs they turned the upstairs heat to 82.it nearly made us all sick.
2. No outside lights work. It feels unsafe everytime we had to unpack or get out or in the car. Not to mention bears raccoons etc- we cant see anything .
3. The dryer for 4 pieces takes 1.5 hrs to dry. If you plan to stay for a long time, dont plan to wash here.
4. This cabin is near a sewage/waste plant of some sort. Instead of walking out to the wonder mountain air it is covered in a mix of dead animal/human waste smell- like a port o potty exploded onsite. If you have breathing issues of any kind, this is not a great fit.
5. Although there is a ramp to help ADA it does not have any type of grip installed on it to protect from skips and falls- photos below when my husband fell after the rain.
6. The big one. BUGS.
Night one, we thought it was just coincidence the 5-10 beetles that fell on us and bed as we slept. Through our next full day we learned the truth.
Over 50-100 beetles on each window sil
On the ground, dropping on the table (5-10 each sitting) on other beds- then our room- our children woke up screaming with over 10 on each. They crawled through the floor boards, all over the ceiling - we have a bag of bugs collected from that night of at least 50 bugs. Weve also had to sleep with lights on.
When I called Colonial I was told they were “lucky” as if we should feel blessed and they were a phenomenon. There are also no places to put your belongings awsy from these bugs. No dressers and closets are so full of junk you cannot even hang a coat. The office asked if we saw the photos. Those unfortunately did not show the raining bugs that will pelt you in your sleep. I spoke to neighboring cabins who none had this issue. A “cleaning crew” showed up , unannounced and did not knock. They came with only a trash bag and broom; not a vacuum or dust plan; or any cleaning supplies ( did I mention you could draw in the dirt on the floors?
7. Dried cake dirt between the master sheets where the previous guest slept and sheets not washed or changed
8. Filthy hot tub
We’ve stayed in the Smokies many times. Although we’re certain Colonial has many nice cabins, this one needs work before other patrons stay . We are still waiting on a response from the owner.

My family enjoyed our stay but we were not at the property often, while enjoying Pigeon Forge. We do have 2 complaints, one the air conditioning unit is not large enough for the property. We did have to go and purchase 5 fans to keep everyone cool. Secondly there is a compost and landfill within 2 miles of the property and at night it smells like a dead animal outside.

Perfect vacation cabin
This property is in the perfect location so close to Dollywood and close to everything else . Once at the cabin the view is amazing and so quiet . We had 8 adults and 1 toddler was the perfect size. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. I would say 3 cars could fit in the driveway. Cabin was very clean also . My only complaint it was a little warm in the top two floors. But everything else was great for our vacation! K

Great location between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge…. Make it convenient to everything in the whole area. Great view from the back porches….stayed 6 nights… kitchen was fully equipped…. Most days made breakfast in cabin. Kids loved it. It wasn’t a perfect house, but it was a great cabin. Among other things we Visited: Cade’s Cove in The Great Smokey Mountain National Park; The Old Mill, Old Mill Iron Works, The Island, Gem Stone Mining, Apple Barn, Smokey Mountain Knife Works, Titanic Museum, and Air Trampoline and Ninja Park all in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville; Hillbilly Golf, Crazy Mason Jar, Sky Park, Shopping and aquarium all in Gatlinburg.
Would definitely consider staying here again if we plan another extended family trip to be in the Pigeon Forge Area

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. So much space, so many places to sleep. The little things were the best, like so many fuzzy throw blankets to use. The day we arrived was 80 degrees! The day we left there was 5 inches of snow on the ground. We covered 2 or 3 seasons during our stay and loved it. The hot tub was everyone's favorite. Very close to everything but far enough to be out of the traffic.

The best view!
We had a great time. Plenty of space for three families and kids to spend time.
Possibly the best view of Mt.Leconte I have ever seen. Property was well maintained and updates were noticed.
The only problem we had was with the washer and dryer. Everything else was great.
Thank you for sharing your property with us!

family vacation
We took a much-needed family vacation. We had 12 people in our party and we had a great time. The cabin was roomy enough for all of us (w/ 8 kiddos). It has a beautiful view and so relaxing sitting on the deck. The kiddos met new friends to play with. very convenient to get around everywhere. We had the best time and would definitely recommend this property!!!! A must see is the pirate voyage dinner show and alcatraz east museum.
