Newer duplex in Tiffin - convenient location on a quiet street - park,restaurants & grocery store within walking distance. Garage parking. 5 minutes from Coral Ridge mall, 15 minute drive to the University of Iowa Campus, 25 minutes from the Amana Colonies, & close to many wedding venues, including the Gathering Barn & Bella Sala, we are right in the middle of it all. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible & provide you with your home away from home! Main Floor -Fully stocked Kitchen -Dining Area with seating for 8 -Living Area with fireplace and smart TV -Deck access -Half Bathroom Upper Level -The Cactus Room with queen bed, blackout shades, ceiling fan, full closet -The Llama Room with two single beds, ceiling fan, blackout shades, walk in closet -The Sunshine Room with king bed, Roku smart TV, walk in closet, ceiling fan, adjoining bathroom -Bathroom 1 with shower and tub -Bathroom 2 with shower and double sinks -Laundry area with washer, dryer, iron/ironing board, and laundry supplies for guest use Lower Level -Living area with smart TV -Patio access -The Beach Room with queen bed and ceiling fan -Beach bathroom with shower Close to parks, grocery stores, shopping, walking trails. Tiffin is exploding and new restaurants and attractions are popping up everywhere! We do not allow parties or excessive noise.

We traveled to Iowa from Michigan for a Christmas celebration with family. My wife had a birthday the night we arrived. The host was very accommodating when I requested check in 30 minutes earlier than the listed check in time. Also, the host assisted with surprising my wife by hanging a Happy Birthday banner prior to our arrival. This house worked great for our group with children aging from 2 to 14. We will be booking for future stays.

Our extended family of 10 were in town for a wedding. We had plenty of room, sleeping, bathrooms, and visiting space. We had 4 cars. This worked out perfect for us and Regan responded quickly to any of of our questions.

We stayed at this property for seven days during our daughter’s wedding week - it was an absolutely perfect place for our extended family to gather. The host was always available to us, and we appreciated the incredible accommodations. This house is on a quiet street and in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

This is an end unit near the limit of suburban development. It is wonderfully quiet and leafy. Very close to shopping, eating, the University of Iowa, and I-80. The University is a very easy and short drive. Well equipped kitchen. Our 12-person van fit into the garage.
Other than the coffee maker and oven, we did not use the electronics. They looked up-to-date.
Comfy beds. No issues with our family. It was clean.
The owners were extremely accommodating. I made a mistake booking the unit and they helped me correct it using their VRBO account. Very helpful and kind. We would stay again. Highly recommended.

The property was everything we needed-would definitely recommend to anyone! It was very close to our wedding venue and there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready. It was very clean and well kept! Would stay there again for sure!

The property is well maintained with plenty of room and the owners were very pleasant and quick on communication with any questions or concerns and reaching out on their own. Overall lovely stay with great options nearby for homemade and restaurant meals, and a great family environment with a park nearby

A really great place yo stay! Really nice modern home with lots of room! Need better essentials
such as more glassware! More cookware, crockpot! A wine bottle opener + matches! And propane for the gas grill! All dining chairs need glue or replacement! Thank you!

The house is perfect for a larger group. We were 8 strong, some couples and some singles, and there is space for everyone.
Accommodations were great, we had space to spread out but also to gather all together at the dining table for meals and playing games.
Communication with the hosts is above reproach--any question we had whether about the property or travel or food, they were easily reachable and very responsive. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We reserved this home for our stay at the Iowa Girls State Volleyball Tournament. It was a quick 10-12 minute drive to Xtreme Arena. The house was exactly as listed, clean, comfortable and accommodating for our large family. Located at the end of dead end street. Plenty of space for cars. Property owner was quick to return my messages. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay!! Had a great weekend celebrating our son and new daughter in law getting married on Friday and had a good time at the Hawkeye game on Saturday.

Great place to stay to relax and before and after wedding at Bella Sala. Multiple bathrooms made it easy to get dressed and ready for the days festivities. - Made my 80 year old mom feel safe and close to her family -- unlike a hotel where she would feel lost and anxious.

There were four of us ladies staying at the property. All 65+. We appreciated the cleanliness and the amenities that were available. We went out for all of our meals, so no cooking! We enjoyed our stay.

There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or split into groups. It was pretty clean and we had everything we needed,

The home's layout was perfect for our family. With the kitchen, dining area, livingroom and bathroom on the main level and bedrooms both up and down stairs, the three levels offered us the opportunity to separate by age groups. Plenty of TVs so no was fighting over what to watch. We only used one of two blow up mattress, but a real plus to have them available.

The owners of this property were very welcoming to us. Tiffin is an extremely pleasant and well-kept community. This property is located on a peaceful Cul-de-sac with the convenience of a grocery store and gas station right up the road. Our family of 8 came to attended our nephew’s wedding. We were and just minutes away from the wedding venue, a quaint coffee cafe, and a movie theater that we were able to enjoy during our stay. We highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

Like the home but needed to be more equipped with kitchen and bathroom items.
enjoyed the home however I have stayed at Host Homes before and they have had everything. We had to buy paper towels because there was 1 used roll in the kitchen with no additional rolls for us to use. We had to use a washcloth to wash dishes because there were none in the kitchen just 2 drying towels. The kitchen didn't have skillets and only had 3 pots to use. When cooking meals we needed more than 3 pots so we had to borrower from our cousin as well purchasing some items. There was about 9 bath towels and wash clothes for 8 people. It was a good thing 3 of our guest came on Saturday. Since it was hot outside multiple showers were needed so had to wash in order to have enough. Needed more lamps in the house for downstairs and living room. Sliding door did not latch so remained unlocked during our time there. (didn't realize this until Saturday evening)

The property is nicely set up with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. It easily accommodated our large family and allowed for multiple private spaces for gathering and activities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

My two coworkers and I were there to work on a house only 13 minutes away from the your place. We are custom granite and marble installers from Chicagoland. Your place was perfect for us. It was so comfortable and roomy. The living space was very inviting. Beds were super comfortable. We appreciate you letting us stay there for the week. A++
