While you're here, check out the backyard area for some serenity before getting your day started. It also includes a firepit and outdoor grill! Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking available for permit holders, and yes, we provide a permit :) Plenty of things to do around the area, including a park in walking distance, the State Capitol Museum, Old Sac, Farmer's Markets, dining, shopping and more! Don't forget to take advantage of what this town has to offer during winter time, including an ice skating rink and a special lights ceremony. Entire space, plus outside amenities, are included at this property. Please make yourself at home! :) We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. This property was great & wonderful for our stay. We were in this unit for 5 nights, it was very clean & very peaceful. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. The property did not lack closet space but it did lack a chest of drawers to lay your clothes in. It did have a hanging cloth shelf compartment but after my hubby put away his clothes, there was no space for my items! Maybe 2 of those hanging compartments would be idea. We only contacted the Host, Mesha, once and she was right on top of my request and had things taken care of immediately. So, yes, we would recommend this property as well as stay here again. It was conveniently located to places we visited. The Mexican restaurant at the corner and the little coffee shop around the corner were great too! Visit this property soon!!

We came to stay in Sacramento from England for 5 days for the Ironman and it was perfect! A real home away from home and exactly what we hoped for. Everything was new, comfy and very enjoyable. We'd love to return next year!

This was perfect place to stay while visiting Sac. It was clean and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and lots of parking. I would stay here every time I visit Sac.

The property was very clean, we had great communication and response time with the property manager. The different coffee pod flavors were a nice touch.

This is a great place to stay! Very comfortable unit and nicely appointed. Super comfy bed! We had everything we needed! They even had bath robes; although we did not use them! Communication with Mesha was excellent! We flew in for a concert and the location was great! We either walked or rented electric scooters! Very close to Old Town Sacramento too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit!

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Check in was so easy. The unit was so lovely and spacious for the two of us. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood was very quiet. We also appreciated all of the extra amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for Ironman Sacramento. It was walking distance to everything I needed. Listing was exactly as specified. My mom and I enjoyed our stay and the home! We had no issues or complaints!

The apartment was perfect. The neighborhood was ok. There were signs we had to park elsewhere from 5 am to 12 for a m but then there was a massive shooting so I guess the event was canceled. I would definitely stay there again.

My family of four stayed here for a show at Golden 1 Center. Walkable and felt safe. This place is very clean and great location. Needs to be better accommodating for 4 people sleeping, but easily fixed with additional supplies. We had a great stay.

Looks just like the photos. It is a good place if you’re just needing somewhere to crash. If you plan on utilizing the couch as a bed, just note the bedding is in the couch (we couldn’t find them unfortunately until the next morning, there are no tips or direction on where to find the blankets for the couch) and it’s very basic and thin. Just enough to get the job done I guess. The couch is quite uncomfortable but there is a egg carton type foam mattress topper. The bed in the bedroom is also pretty firm. My cousin woke up extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The patio looks as described but don’t plan on enjoying the fire pit, there’s no wood provided. Not sure if that’s something maybe the host will allow if you ask ahead of time?
Again, it was fine and a safe place to crash for the night. It mostly met our needs, had we been able to find the bedding for the couch.

Stayed for a concert
