Situated in Indiana, this lovely house for $272 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located on a country cul-de-sac, this recently remodeled house is a great place for a get-a-way. This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is just 2 min from Butler Winery, 10 min from Lake Lemon Beach, and is under 15 min from Oliver Winery. Get to the east side of Bloomington in 15 min or get to Nashville in less than 30 min! Spend a day out enjoying the attractions or spend time relaxing on the large, beautiful deck overlooking a ravine. There is a basement mother-in-law suite that is rented separately. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level with 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom in the basement. 3 bedrooms have queen beds and 2 bedrooms have twin beds. The kitchen has recently been fully remodeled and has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It is fully functional with blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay. Cook a meal in the kitchen, watch the smart TV (subscriptions not provided), or use the washer and dryer to do your laundry. There is space to park 3 cars in the off-street, parallel parking area. We allow up to two pets per stay, ask for details! To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape-free environment. There is basement mother in law suite that is rented separately.

We thought the house had 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was enough sleeping space, we were just surprised. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was great. We were close to both Bloomington and Brown County. Overall, a great place to stay!

Love the space (6- 3 of them teens and 1 young adult)and that they're pet (2 dogs)friendly. There is a renter full time in the basement and they work nights. My son ended up going home with our puppy so to not disturb the renter...(he had separation anxiety) We made that choice but felt the rest of the trip that kids and dog were to be more " inside library voiced" for our large family I wouldn't rent a space again with someone living in the house. Great house, clean, large space. The ad does state that the basement is rented as well- I made the assumption that it was for leisure use a not someone living there. Just my review.

My only request is to upgrade the mattress for something a little more firm. Everything was very clean and updated otherwise and it was a great location for our Son's graduation weekend at IU!

We walked in to a clean and well supplied house. The new renovations made our stay comfortable and homey. We had plenty of room for our family and the street was friendly as well. This is by far the best VRBO we’ve stayed in.

There was plenty of space for my family to get together, I liked their was an internal lock on the downstairs door to prevent my small kids from falling down stairs at night! I felt a bit over priced for my weekend, but I know it was Btown and nice to have extended family under one roof instead of multiple hotel rooms, even though that might have been cheaper!

The home was just as described. The kitchen has GE Profile top of the line appliances and an efficient layout. The entire home has modern technology including multiple power stations for your phones, laptops, and tech toys. The home is nestles between wineries, state parks and Bloomington and Nashville. Nashville is the Shopaholic Mecca. Book your stay here and you and your family will have a memorable vacation.
