We spent two weeks at this house. The entire stay was worry free and super comfortable. We do not have any complaints or “fix it” issues to list on our review. The kitchen had plenty of pans for stovetop cooking, or oven baking. The grill was clean and ready to use. We had our dog with us and enjoyed walking the small private neighborhood. Enjoyed cool morning relaxing with a cup of coffee, either on the patio or in the living room with the fireplace on. We will be booking our 2024 stay at this house shortly. Thank you Vacasa for a wonderful worry free vacation. We play golf and with three courses within 15 minutes - what comes to mind is: Perfect.

For starters, Vaasa double charged us and refuses to communicate with us about that. Secondly, they promised a refund for broken dishwasher, washer, dryer, and AC (104 degrees out) and major leak in living room roof. They are not responding to texts. Vacasa and owners knew state of the house when they rented it to us.

What a lovely home to spend time in St George exploring! Comfortable and clean, every amenity thoughtfully provided. Close and centralized while being quiet and safe. Would stay here again and again. Loved the fireplace for cozy chats after a day of adventure.

Property was beautiful. Well located. Well stocked. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken before our stay and was not repaired due to lack of parts. TV in master bedroom had a bad cable box and could not be repaired.

This cute Adobe-style cottage is nicely and comfortable furnished with kitchen stocked with the essentials for eating at home. The gated community is only 5 miles from the gorgeous Snow Canyon State Park and less than 2 miles from the amazing Harmons Grocery. If you bring your dog, beware! There are bunnies everywhere!

We had a wonderful stay. It’s incredibly difficult in the market to find a nice place that is also dog friendly so we were over the moon (and so were our dogs)! Comfortable, safe , quiet place with great common area pool and hot tub! Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook gourmet meals. We appreciated the crisp cool evenings with appetizers and cocktails at the porch table enjoying views of the red rocks of Snow Canyon! Close to walking/bike paths a huge plus! Only drawback was the “smart” thermostat that made the unit warmer than we like in winter. I am sure a quick call to Vacasa could have rectified that, but it was manageable with manual adjustments so we made do. A rare gem. Highly recommend!
