Difficulty in navigating around the floor to elevators and distance to same!

Great unit, great location, clear instructions for check-in and check out
Bedrooms did not have blackout blinds/curtains so there was too much light coming in in the early morning.
Very very many dogs in the building... on one occasion common areas smelled like dog
Front door to unit sometimes did not latch properly so had to fiddle with it to get it to close properly and lock.

The cleanliness and location
My earrings and necklace were taken by the cleaners hired by KASA. I asked for them not to enter my room and they did. Now KASA will not release their names or compensate me for my loss.

It was as beautiful as advertised...clean, upscale. Great location - not far from downtown, but quiet
The balcony looked larger in pictures, and only fit one person at a time - there were no extra pillows or blankets - the sofa bed was very springy and uncomfortable and could use a mattress topper at the very least
