Very enjoyable stay, my daughter and I loved the Splash Park. We would stay here again!

Wi-Fi was strong and secure. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony facing the water park. The shade for the patio door to the balcony was a true black-out shade. The waterpark on site is worth its weight in gold; we spent many hours there so the booking that included access was well worth it. The food offered at the splash park was better than the food offered at the hotel restaurant. Additionally, there is a bus stop conveniently located immediately outside the property. The staff is friendly and efficient. Some staff there speak English, however, none of the front desk staff (at the time) knew English. Google Translate was helpful here!

Though breakfast was included, my daughter and I only went the first morning. It was more than expected, but not great tasting. We only ate at the restaurant once because though affordable it just was not good. It is lacking in quality and taste. There is not much nearby for shopping or sightseeing so be prepared to use the buses, taxis, or Uber.

Superb

The park was a few feet away from the rooms. The kids enjoyed the pools and shows at the water park. The experience with the seals was great. The kids could not ride the waterslides due to age.

The water in the pools was cold.

Splish splash.

Friendly,clean, access to the aquarium. Loved the dolphin show. Breakfast included. A lovely stay. A really great place to take children.

It was more than adequate for a one night stay prior to going to the airport.

We wanted to be closer to the airport and this hotel was in a good location. We chose an inexpensive room (1 night only) and it was what we paid for - very basic. The only windows were above the door and so the room was dark. We kept the door open while in the room to get more light in. There is a pool and breakfast included - good value for money! I'm sure the rooms on upper floors would be much nicer! There was a small fridge in the room and flat screen TV. Internet was great! Service at front desk was very helpful. Location was good for getting the bus and the overpass was right there to get to the other side of the highway (for the other direction).

Nicer/newer towels in bathroom. I didn't really want to use them. We didn't realize that there was a separate pool with lounge chairs at the back - we went to the Splash park by mistake to read and relax and there was nowhere to sit. Only found the other pool the next morning before leaving. The comforter on the bed was old - updating the comforter would make the room look fresher and newer. Bed was comfortable.

For the price it is good value for the kids . You must be 1.4 meters to use the waterside for safety so keep that in mind when your coming

Not within walking distance to very much. Need taxi or vehicle

Fan only works on high speed. No coffee in the morning. Car alarm going off till after midnight and started again at 4:00 am. Bed was hard

I truly recommend the stay because you have everything you need in one place.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was in a good location and not too far from the beaches. The water park is amazing and the dolphins were exceptional!

Will be back again - its a fun stop

Have been there before.. The waterpark is fun - food - drinks - slides and activities lots to do .. Its a fun experience. Good to know some Spanish as the english is limited, but its just plain fun..

the add said water park it was included and breakfast but neither was included we had to paid extra for the three days and we only wanted to use the water park one day we had other things to do outside the water park so we only use it i once but they told as to pay for the days

Superb

That's really lovely place in the water park is amazing! The stuff is amazing and are willing to help in anything you need. They are giving traditional breakfast or pancakes + orange juice or coffee. We planned to stay here for 3 days and because our daughters was asking we extended it for 2 weeks. The place is feeling very safe and it's very safe to walk around in this area and there is a lot of local and cheap restaurants. Here you are getting more than you paid for, we are definitely going to come back here in the next year. It is important to take a quadro room with a view to the water park, the regular two people room have no view at all.

Some of the rooms are under constructions, so if you're staying in the room during daytime it will be a little noisy, in daytime we are in the water park or traveling around so it doesn't bothering us.

price, access to aquatic park, friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable the restaurant on the premise was affordable

Our rooms were located on the side closest to the freeway so it was really noisy at night. I also wish they had a laundry room available for guests.

The staff is friendly, the park is fun, it’s clean and overall good for the value

The mattresses. They are SO uncomfortable. Small and extremely hard/ lumpy. I had a hard time sleeping and resting.

OK to rest your head for a night or if you have kids and want to access the water park.

Friendly staff, but if you are not fluent in local Spanish, it's very hard to communicate. They were using words I have never heard of and vice versa. They have a restaurant on the premises.

The towels and bedsheets were not clean. They simply made the bed, refolded the towels, refilled the bottles of water (still had lipstick on them), and turned the room. Big room and the AC unit worked

I didn't really like the rooms too much. They were advertised different on the internet. So I will call that false advertisement.

Had a splash-tastic time

View of rooms, free inclusion of splash park amenities with stay, the accommodating and well-mannered nature of the staff members.

Was a nice adventure - driven by property many times -- The water park was awesome -- very friendly people ... both staff and guests .. if you want to hang with the Mexicans in their area- give it a try --- will do it again.

Don’t stay here, pay the money and go somewhere else; location is terrible

Piña colada in the back “theme park” yard was the only thing I liked.

This is not for folks expecting a 5 star hotel. As other reviews have stated, this is suitable for locals. They will try to sell you different promotions and waste your time. They just want your money; should not be a surprise. They gave us the wrong breakfast time. I speak the language so language was not the issue. Please spend the money and book somewhere else with better reviews; it will be worth it. Service is terrible. Entitled and arrogant attitudes. I can’t stand that.
