Welcome to our beautiful home located in Oak Island, NC. This peaceful home includes live oak trees in the backyard that back up to the Davis Canal. You will have direct water access to the ICW - navigable water for your motorboat, kayak, canoe or jet ski. Enjoy fishing and crabbing off your private dock. This home is three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and offers comfortable sleeping for eight guest - one king bed, one queen bed and two sets of bunkbeds. Ruko TVs included in all the bedrooms. With three separate living areas, a large deck & a fishing dock there is plenty of space for everyone to have fun! Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals or any occasion. Our dining room table seats eight, the sunroom seats four and our kitchen island seats four. This home is perfect for entertaining! Our driveway has ample amounts of parking. Our deck includes a new gas grill. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, ironing board with iron. Bring your boat & your fishing gear to explore our wonderful island. We hope you have a blast!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for the whole family. We had a fantastic stay. The house was clean and modern. Definitely recommend.

Bright, clean, cheerful house. Plenty of room to spread out. Thoughtfully planned supplies like dryer sheets, plenty of toilet paper and soap. Quality sheets, towels and blankets. Good appliances. It’s a well kept house and a great setting for a relaxing family vacation.

We found this house to be as advertised and really enjoyed our stay. Has ample living space throughout and good access to the water. We really enjoyed the views of the live oak and water from the sun room! Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Super clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, ample linens and supplies - no running to the store for TP! David was super responsive to any questions- great host! The location was amazing. Quiet part of town with an awesome waterfront view of the Davis canal. This was our first trip to Oak island and can't wait to go back!

It was a beautiful home with stunning views. It felt like home and had everything we needed. We loved the dock. Our kids went fishing, crabbing, kayaking and swimming. It's in a perfect location and we will be back.

This house is at the end of the island on the canal, we rented a boat in nearby Southport and was able to dock up there and really enjoy the water way. The house is in good shape and really nice.

Oak Island Home on David Canal
This home was perfect for our family's stay. The home is on a quiet street and is beautifully decorated. The home owner was prompt to provide information after reserving and sent check in information well in advance. We will consider this home again for future rental needs on the Island.

It was an amazing weekend. We bought a boat and chose this place because of the dock. We rode boat to go fishing, anchored on a nearby beach, went to bald head island, and had dinner in Southport where the restaurants had dock slips. Awesome trip will definitely go back again soon.
