good location clean and cozy room

the lack of communication i have been asking for the entrance code three times on the phone and the host insisted to tell it until the last minute call in front of the door. Usually we get instructions before entering the apartments, this way it is more convenient and saves time

Steep stairs to accommodation, a hand rail on the last 6 steps would be great.

Bergen sehr gut und schnell erreichbar! So kann man Parkgebühren sparen und zwischendurch zurückkehren. Sehr sauber!! Schön ruhig! Man könnte sogar etwas kochen, top! Herrliche Lage in der Natur, an einem großen Flussarm. Das Bett ist für zwei, 1,40 m breit, sollte man wissen.

it is very far from the city center of Bergen, it was very cold and i could not increase the temperature, extremely small bathroom sink, there is washing machine but one needs to pay extra for the washing powder, it is a bit strange

This is one of 3 adjoining units within Bergen Sunrise. Despite paying to stay, you are directed to sort and remove rubbish (which is a job for a cleaner), with threats of fees if you don’t. ‘Check out rules’ say to strip bed and put sheets and towels in a bag - this should not be a job for guests and we could not find the bag. Actual address and directions for entry provided less than an hour before check in time and while we were driving in the rain. Very small and difficult parking space. Unit is smaller than the photos suggest. Lots of noise from the unit above. Blinds do not close properly so the light streams in during the night. Guests from the other downstairs unit sat in the chairs in front of our unit and could see in because the blinds do not close properly. Guests from other units have to walk through area in front of this unit to access their unit. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan. No manuals for the appliances. Difficult access to the unit down stairs. Strange kitchen equipment (eg about 50 plates but only 2 knives for eating and no bottle opener). Uncomfortable pillows. Small bath towels. Spiders in the unit. Other guests had left rubbish strewn around the outside bins and stairs, which we cleaned up as best we could.
