Indian Rocks Beach offers nearly three miles of beautiful and accessible beaches along the glittering Gulf of Mexico. The city's tourist population is one of its greatest assets, as people come from all over the world to visit Indian Rocks Beach for the city's fine beaches and to watch the beautiful sunsets. With more than 20 beach access points along Gulf Boulevard, this charming community offers nothing but sugar sand bliss. Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park. THINGS TO KNOW Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler provided. This retreat is located on the second floor. There is no elevator. Dog-friendly. Only one dog allowed. Breeds not allowed include Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. My daughter and I wanted a quick trip to the beach. Great location with multiple great restaurants within walking distance. Condo was very clean with short walk to the beach. I have stayed in the area before and was very pleased with amenities. Would only recommend they get some curtains for the patio doors.

Unfortunately this place was very dirty. The floors were sticky, the sheets had black hairs all over them and the couches and rug were filthy. The stairs railings were broken in several places as well. I don’t ever leave reviews but felt compelled to let others wanting to stay here know. If updates were made it would be much better I’m sure.

Beautiful, clean property. Great area. I would give 5 Stars but I got a damage claim for a TV that was perfectly fine when we left the property. I can't say how it happened, but the picture I received shows a scratch on the TV that wasn't there when we left. Not sure who all has access to the property but someone needs to take responsibility. Its bad business to accuse tenants without tangible proof.

Let me at least start with the positives.
Right next to the beach, large beds, near a decent amount of restaurants and a misc stores etc. parking included. Plenty of towels, blankets and amenities in the kitchen.
Negatives: check in 4pm check out 10am. Don’t ask for earlier unless you want to pay. Large cleaning fee yet they have a list they want you to accomplish before 10am check out that won’t be extended with out a fee. They want you to empty all the garbages, take it out, wash and DRY they towels you use?? And start the dishwasher… what is the large cleaning fee for? I thought that was really odd. How about make check out a reasonable time to complete all these tasks. We only used Netflix on the main TV. It’s like pulling teeth. Not sure it’s a connection problem but both night trying to watch a movie took 20-30m to get it started. Also while you watch TV in the main room there is no curtain for large patio windows. So be aware of that.
This is a negative for any places you rent I. That area if the main bedroom or any bedroom windows are off the main road. Use white noise. It’s sooo loud all night. The cars and traffic on that road. It’s crazy.
Finally when I called the company to ask about all their requests to clean before checking out with such an earlier check out. The guy could care less.
Had he been nice, I wouldn’t be leaving such a detailed review

Wonderful location! Steps from beach. So thankful not to have to cross the busy Gulf road! The heated pool was perfect for the chilly days.

Great location - close the beach and restaurants. Great layout overall - especially common areas and primary bedroom. Only downside was the broken washing machine - a feature badly needed during our 3-week stay.

Great location. Close to everything in IRB. Could not figure out the cable TV/ Roku. Not sure if the condo offers a streaming cable service like spectrum. Would be nice to have blinds in the living room.

Conveniently located and steps from the beach but needs curtains or blinds in the living room because the neighbors can see I.n and it is very bright outside at night which makes it hard to sleep if you are on the sleeper sofa.

I had a few issues to address. There was a blood stain on one of the comforters and the closer in the bedroom was pretty sandy. The tv remote control in the living room barely worked and that was very frustrating!

Nice condo. Very clean. Close to beach access and restaurants. Condo provided beach towels, chair, and boogie boards. Pool was very small.
Washing machine is VERY difficult to use.
The vacuum is very old and doesn’t work. Only had a small broom to sweep the entire place.
We were told our parking spots were 9 & 11 but we kept getting complaints on our windshield about parking in the wrong spot.
Overall, we enjoyed this condo very much!

Girl’s beach vacation
This is a fantastic condo – clean, spacious, and so close to the beach! It easily accommodated 5 of us for a girl’s week-long beach vacation. Indian Rocks Beach is beautiful and peaceful! You can also take a short drive to Clearwater beach and enjoy the great shops and activities there. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the condo, packing up the cooler and heading down to the beach – literally a few steps away. We then could go up and repack the cooler with lunch/snacks and go back for the afternoon. We also walked to come great restaurants for dinner (we did in fact try all three mentioned: Guppy’s, Keegan’s, and Crabby Bills– the live music at Crabby Bills is wonderful!). We are already planning to come back next year and stay – this is such a great condo in the ideal location!

The place is clean and just steps from the beach and pool.
This a perfect place to stay with a family! The pool was so well taken care of and perfect place for the kids to swim. You also are steps from beach access. The beach was not too crowded. I would say one downside is the place across the street plays live music until 10pm or so. If you have little ones this may be rather disturbing. Our little ones were exhausted and didn't seem to notice.

Our family enjoyed the condo and being at the beach! There are several restaurants within walking distance which we all loved! The traffic is a bit much and is loud from the master bedroom but other than that, it was a great visit!

Although the property is close to the beach, there are 2 loud restaurant/bars across the street. The bedrooms face the street, so you hear all the street noise, too.
