About this house rental
Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely house for $212 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our fall special runs from September 1 until November 1.This adorable block and stone home was built in 1955, still some of the original inside intact, it's super clean with terrazzo flooring and tile. Nicely decorated with a bit of unique furnishings and a small fireplace that will make you feel really happy that you choose our place! The landscaping is minimal, avocado tree in back yard and lot's of Plumeria blooming! You are only 1/2 mile to the beach, and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping. The Yellow Banks Orange Grove is right around the corner with the best orange and vanilla swirl you will ever have! You can walk to several nature parks, marina, water park restaurants, pubs, the beach and ride bikes on the Pinellas Bike trail. The Big House has room for a large family, 1 king bed, 2 queens and a futon. The full size kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for a quick weekend get-a-way of a few months in the winter. 2 full baths is a plus for big families too! There is free WiFi...BLAZING fast Spectrum internet and a TV in the living room with access to all streaming services. Some are free or you can login to your own Netflix, Hulu, HBOGO, etc. The neighborhood has long time residents, families and loads of friends! This is a Quiet neighborhood not like the crazy beach rentals and not for parties. Area nature parks with natural beauty and walking trails are a must! "The Big House" is about 65 above sea level, meaning you never will be flooded or have to evacuate! After your booking is complete Lynne will send you a code, the code is changed after each guest for your safety and security. With your stay you get a local famous Island Rum Cake and a gift certificate to PJ's Oyster Bar! We have been called clean freaks because we wash our all bedding, quilts, pillow shams and blankets between each guest! So rest easy! Most vacation homes do not! What are you waiting for? Perfect house for a large family. Clean space and great communication with host. Loved there were beach chairs and a wagon to walk to beach (20 min). Provided rum cakes and coupon to PJ's oyster bar was a nice added touch!

This home is located just minutes from Indian Rocks Beach, tons of restaurants and activities.
We were surprised at how much room there was in this home. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and had closets and plenty of hangers. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. The bathrooms were very spacious. I really liked that checkout was a breeze. Lynn was very responsive and answered all of our questions right away. I would highly recommend staying at any of Lynn's properties. Thank you so much Lynn! We had a fabulous time and can't wait to do it again soon!

This is a 3 bedroom home in a lovely neighborhood less than a mile from the Gulf. Lynne and Jeff were wonderful, responsive hosts. The house was well maintained, well stocked and easy to live in.
We had a great winter in Largo and are already looking forward to next winter

We checked in without a problem. All information from Lynne was clear and timely. The space was perfect, we were able to use it as a home base and spent a great week in the Largo/Indian Rocks Beach area. Lynne was helpful and her home was filled with all we needed for a comfortable stay.

When they call it The Big House, there's a reason. It is actually a big house! Very clean, nice size bedrooms, nicely furnished. The living room has a big screen tv with wifi and streaming. The kitchen had lots of pots and utensils. And a really nice big backyard with a grill and picnic table. They even had charcoal and lighter fluid available. Not to mention the 3 sand chairs, beach towels, ice chest and a wagon for going to the beach. Lynne the owner was super nice and quick to respond. Contacted her several times and she and her husband immediately came there to fix anything that came up.. And she's so sweet to leave us a rum cake from her other business. It's very close to shops and the beach. You can't go wrong with this property! Will consider coming back for sure!

Lynne was the best host ever. We were to stay there Thursday/Monday and the week b4 she had texted me to let me know everything was ok for our stay as there was a hurricane the week b4.. this house was everything and more of what we excepted.. made you feel as if you were home the house was big and very clean. The house was really close to everything you would need to have the best vacation ever and if you forget something I’m sure it’s there at the house already . A 15 minute walk to the beach. Thank you Lynne for a excellent stay. We will definitely book again with you.

We had a great experience! The house was very spacious and clean. Located near everything that we needed. The property owners did great to see if we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend this location!

I was surprised by how large the house was. Very clean with many extras of what people might forget. 5 minutes from the beach and all needed shopping was within 5 minutes drive. Will definitely stay here again next time I come down.

Indian Shores Hidden Gem
After researching accommodations and beaches in the St Pete, Clearwater, Indian Rocks Beach areas, this rental property was without a doubt the right decision for our family getaway.
The location was just a few minutes drive to great food, entertainment/activities and most important, a beautiful beach that was never overly crowded.
Looking forward to a return trip very soon.

Great house with close access to Indian Rocks beach (driving about 4 minutes/just over the bridge, walking about 15 minutes). Well stocked, towels, beach chairs, wagon, ice chest. Kitchen was nice/updated appliances. Owner is very responsive. Would recommend.

Clean and spacious
I was so happy to have found this lovely home for a long weekend stay while visiting my 2 college sons! This house had everything we needed and more. And, it was spotless. I loved having my morning coffee on the patio with the fenced in back yard. Very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and beautifully updated. Lynne was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for sharing this gem!
