Welcome to our beautiful beachside home; 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath + 2 new Queen sofa beds - newly renovated and always meticulous. Our front door is literally 400 steps to the beach and your toes in the sand. And our community pool, which is very nice, is right outside our front door. The best way to book is directly with me at www.staugustinebeachparadise.com We are appointed for comfort and style featuring 100% cotton sheets and towels (changed after each visit), new comforters and pillows and real mattresses. Once you do your due diligence you'll recognize, if you choose to stay at our Sailfish Beachside Home, you're going to have a great home base for your beach vacation. Walk over to the beach to watch the sunrise, watch the sunset from our 2nd floor deck, have drinks and a barbecue on our new covered patio. Cook your own meals in our large, fully stocked kitchen - or walk/bike to the many restaurants and bars on the Golden Mile (we’re on the Golden Mile, right next to Fiesta Falls mini-golf). Open the front door and walk 75 steps to the heated and very nice community pool. Our house is set up for our comfort, so we trust you will recognize this isn't your ordinary airbnb. My wife and I do all the cleaning and maintenance ourselves, so you can be sure it's meticulous. We are on the most beautiful stretch of beach in St Augustine Beach. The lush dunes are extraordinary. And you can walk over whenever you want, because we're so close. We are on the East side of beach A1A (the beach side). The golden mile is right outside our driveway so you are close to everything - restaurants, shops, putt-putt golf, etc. Publix is a 2 minute drive. Historic Downtown St. Augustine is a 10-minute drive. And as a host, I do everything I can to provide you with a perfect vacation. Come stay with us and let me host your St Augustine Beach vacation

This vacation home was exactly how it was described and you can tell that the owner really cares about his guests. The beds were very comfortable and the linens, pillows, towels etc were all high quality. The house is so close to the beach and the pool is steps away. Dom was so easy to work with and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again when we are in the St. Augustine area! Thank you Dom for being such a great host and sharing this great home!

The communication from the property manager, Dominick, was exceptional. He checked in frequently to ensure our stay was positive. The house was great. Our trip was a weekend long “girls weekend” for a group of colleagues. We had the best time sitting out on the deck, enjoying the ocean breeze and relaxing. A positive experience and would stay again.
