This was the best hotel staff my wife and I experienced in all of our travels. They went out of their way to make us welcome and to assist us in any way possible.

It was a short stay since we had a flight in the following morning. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful and the staff friendly and professional. Great location, on Genoa high street, Via XX Settembre, and walking distance from the Brignole train station

Loved a short break with friends at this lovely property bang in the heart of Genova (not Genoa - we have to stop mispronouncing it !!). The area does get a little noisy at night just because the hotel is on a main road and if you are on the lower floors, you can hear vehicles and passerby conversations (hotel is old so windows aren’t soundproof).
The breakfast was extensive and worth it. Staff were friendly and professional.
Highly recommended if on a short visit to Genova!!

We enjoyed our stay at Bristol Palace Hotel immensely. The staff was superbly efficient and friendly, especially the front desk. They were also very accommodating. We didnt fly out until 5pm, so they let us check out at noon and held our luggage for us.
The hotel is pristinely clean in all areas!
We'd highly recommend Bristol Palace Hotel!

Beautiful stay at the Bristol Palace. Lovely room with European balcony, and bath. Breakfast was lovely with variety. You are sure to find something to eat. Location was fantastic, we were able to walk every where we needed. Staff were friendly and attentive. The famous staircase was beautiful plus all the rooms.

Beautiful hotel with nice details. Great breakfast and great staff. Air conditioning had been shut down few days earlier due to the start of winter season and our room was very hot.

Only downside was the room was very warm & air conditioning didn’t seem to cool enough.

Great service. Great location. Great architecture. Very comfortable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, we had a couple of issues with our room but the staff was innovative in how they solved it. The shopping around the hotel is excellent with tons of choices at various levels, dining on the other hand is nearly non-existent which made no sense to us given the amount of people. There were plenty of coffee cafes and sandwich places but as for sit down dining - just did not have it within several blocks of this area.

We immensely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had a triple room and my daughter was so pleased to come back from a long day and find all of her stuffies were tucked up in her bed. The service was fantastic as was the buffet breakfast. We accidentally left something behind when travelling to another city and when calling they had someone check the room right away to find it.

We stayed a couple of nights and loved it. Front desk staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful.
The hotel is very centrally located, and just a short stroll from the Old Town. That said the hotel itself was oozing character from a bygone era, albeit now tastefully equipped with all modern conveniences. We'd take one of the elevators to our room, but used to walk down the stairs to admire the architecture and ceiling.
The room itself was huge, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished, with lots of storage. Also had TV, kettle, etc, safe, sofa and a large bathroom attached. Enormous terrace outside with table and two chairs and a view of the street, several stories below.
Despite being on the street, the room was exceptionally quiet. One time we exited our room and from the corridor could hear a baby crying in the room next to ours. While in our room we didn't hear anything.
We didn't use the restaurant in the hotel, as we went to Old Town for all our meals.
If we were returning to Genoa, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Situated at a convenient and nice neighborhood with very kind front desk staff. Checking in is easy and issue free. Close to the coast area. We like it a lot.

Lovely building, very calm ambience, spacious single room and ultra-convenient location BUT breakfast NOT available if hotel is full, unless you book it in advance. So be warned!!

The Bristol Hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was very comfortable- the bed, pillows, comforter, etc.
The staff was very accommodating as I received a coffee/tea machine when I commented my room didnt have one.
My only issue is that the rooms do not have an iron, and I was told it was because it was a fire safety. They offer an ironing/laundry service, which I passed on because those tend to be extremely expensive. I would suggest allowing guests to use irons when requested.

It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Genoa. It has a luxurious feel to it with special little touches such as delivering our luggage to our rooms as we arrived early and left it with reception
Ivan in the Old Fashioned Bar is a delight who makes the best cocktails

This was simply a wonderful property to experience. Even with the hustle-and-bustle of downtown Genoa, once you enter the lobby area, you’re transported back in time to a palace filled with rich history! The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. If you’re final destination is Genoa or simply passing through, it is a hotel that will not disappoint!

A wonderful hotel. Difficult to access as road it borders is a restricted bus lane. Restaurant was fair bad food but a few misses.
Great rooms magnificent lobby and stairs
