I do think a bit of a refresh would be great…eventually. One reason I love this particular hotel is that you are so environmentally conscious. From the toiletries to the numerous recycling bins next to the trash bins.
The one thing I struggled with on this stay was that it was graduation weekend. Pretty noisy (no fault of yours!). Perhaps there could have been a security guard that just roamed the halls?

It was decent stay but the finish in the bathroom had glue everywhere. The Room was extremely hot even with the AC full blast, and the furniture especially the lamp shades were stained severely almost looked like blood. The curtains were also stained. It was convenient to have a restaurant and Starbucks in the lobby and the staff was friendly. I was a bit disappointment that the hot tub was closed but the indoor pool is small but pretty nice and the side seats by the pool were nice as well

Hotel starting to show its wear and tear, bed was lumpy, cabinets and tables scratched up, missing towels were promptly brought to us upon request. Restaurant was not open, so we ordered dinner from the bar, which was good. There are other restaurants nearby and a Mall

This hotel is great. The staff is friendly and the location can’t be beat. The food was very good, however the restaurant itself wasn’t open so had to eat in the bar or lounge area. The bed is another story. Not at all comfortable. Could use some updating in that area. But overall good experience.

Uptown is a better place to stay in Abq usually. This hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants but it was dirty. The lobby seemed clean but in the room there were clumps of hair stuck to the shower wall and the carpet was beyond dirty. It was stained and had dog hair all over. The staff was friendly. Stay away from the Target near by- it was unsafe and it was the dirtiest Target I have ever seen. Police were standing by the doors maybe bc of theft? The place looked ransacked.

The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night’s rest. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. However, the only thing concerning was the wet trails made by swimmers in the lobby and elevator. I had to make sure my elderly mother did not slip. Despite this, it was overall a pleasant experience, and I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

The hotel was deceiving. It looked nice walking in but the room not so much. The floors were gross as well as wall paper peeling in bathroom and bedroom.

Hotel smelled nice and was very clean, modern, and well kept. We had a pretty view of the Sandia mountains from our room.

The room was really big and clean. The location is very convenient as it not far from the Railrunner train station.

We called 2 days before our arrival and ask to have connecting rooms, they confirmed that we will have a connecting room, upon arrival they said that it is not possible bc those rooms were given to someone else , they offered discount which was nice but the rooms were really old with popcorn ceiling and tub spout was broken in the bathroom so my girls have to shower in another room on the 6th floor which was more modern.

The front desk man put us in room 212. It was awful! It smelled like a combo of pee and smoke. We sat there for 15 minutes then I went down and asked for a new room. They put us in a new room on the 4th floor and it was great. Rest of the stay was great! Compliments to joy at the front desk for being kind and professional!

Check in was terrible. The girl who checked me seemed to be high on something. She had purple hair and seemed too be in a daze. I told her I was staying in an executive suite. She checked me into a regular room. I went back to her and explained to her again that I booked an executive suite. Finally some one came to help her and found my reservation. This person should not be at the front desk.

The evening front desk employee didn't let us know that the hotel card key was to be swiped in the elevator in order for us to reach our floor ... We had to figure it out ourselves ... She also told us that during morning hours, we could get breakfast from the restaurant located inside the hotel ... When we asked the morning front desk employee, she clarified that the only available 'sit down' area was the tiny Starbucks also located in the hotel ... We weren't interested in the prepackaged, pricey fare offered by Starbucks so we walked to the nearest restaurant ...

The bathtub drain was clogged and water would fill up when you would take a shower.

Great stay. One issue was the keys didn’t work the first time. Otherwise everything was great for the night. Most importantly I felt safe.

Nice hotel but the room was little dusty the carpet didn’t look vacuumed and the sheets cover had hair and the restroom floor seems like it has never been mopped the towels were not enough in the bathroom i hope next time it looks better

This property photographs well but it’s very run down. The carpet was so dirty in our room, walpaper was peeling, and it felt musty. The duvet was not put inside the cover and it was visibly dirty. The window let in cold air and outside noise.

Wrong name for uptown because it's not right by uptown like Hayyat hotel which is very nice. I booked this one by mistake because I wanted Hyatt

Very friendly and helpful staff. Albuquerque in general seems yo have limited "good" areas, but it definitely didnt feel safe to walk outside.

I was down for one king bed and got two queens instead. And it wasn’t busy or full, it was a Tuesday. Been a bad experience the last two times I’ve been there. Staff is ok but they make lots of mistakes
