Price was too high for the quality of the room. The refrigerator was noisy (until I turned it off); the bathroom fan was really loud. The bathroom door was in need of replacement. Yet, the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve seen!

Great place to stay while visiting Yellowstone. Comfortable
Large rooms. Good breakfast buffet.

This is a run down place. Accessible type room was not accessible for handicap person. TV did not work.
Carpet must be at least 30 years old. Hotel smells when you enter.

Two things the hotel needs are beds need to be replaced. Was not comfortable and kinda old. No foam mattresses support our backs and the blinds are not cover well with lights so bright from the night lights from outside through the side and top blinds. It was not dark enough to sleep. Manager and owner need to see for your self at night and see what I’m talking about on second floor outside by the canteen room.
Other than that. Breakfast good!

Stayed there four days. The tv didn’t work , told the front desk, was told nothing could be done. No phones in the room and very rarely anyone at the front desk. Courtyard was all cracked and chipped. With large pieces of concrete to trip over. The noise of people above us was horrible, you could hear every footstep. The last evening the people above us ran the shower until the water broke through our
bathroom ceiling, through the light fixtures, cracked the ceiling and flooded the floor. They didn’t get us another room or a discount. All they did was wipe up the water and say sorry. We couldn’t even use the bathroom to take our showers! The only thing good was the breakfast in the morning , the girls were professional and nice.

Good hotel to rest after a long day in Yellowstone. It’s conveniently located and the free breakfast buffet is ample! Bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy! Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. No telephone in the room which was odd so I had to use my cellphone to co tact the front desk. Parking was safe and easy out front. This is definitely a tourist hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

When we booked breakfast was advertised
We later found out that was not the case. The toilet in one room was plugged. The person at the front desk was rude the morning of check out.

Advertise for breakfast and it was not available. There was no staff the entire stay. Had only a couple channels and took hours to get a hold of anyone and it still was not fixed. Do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Nice hotel

Me and several other guests were waiting at the front desk to check in for over an hour. There was no breakfast like the ad said when I booked. Turns out it's a seasonal thing and isn't offered in October. The room was clean other than the previous occupants shampoo and conditioner were still in the shower. Neighbors were up and down the halls fighting with each other every night. Restaurants and stores are all walking distance.

The service was extremly bad.
It was the worst hotel I've ever been.
And I travel a lot!

Had to wait 30 mins to check in. Attendant was absent, No breakfast was available despite their advertising. So numerous disappointments

The staff was friendly. They offered a great breakfast and the breakfast staff was very helpful and attentive. There is a big white Buffalo in the lobby. There is a park across the street to play basketball. Good restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean.

Never again beds to high. Mold in bathroom. Dirt around base of bed. Worst of all we had to park in back like an ally way, many huge pot holes. We didn't feel safe

Great place to stay without breaking the budget. Front desk manager was very helpful. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Decent. Definitely dated but pretty clean. No elevator. Coffee and vending machines were a plus. The location is extremely convenient to shopping and restaurants and we felt very safe. Breakfast was really good but they only give you two tickets per room. We had 4 with 2 adults and 2 children. Beds were ok. Water pressure was horrible in the bathroom but we were only staying one night so not a deal breaker. Overall it wasn’t bad for the price and if we were ever in the area for the night we’d probably stay here again.

Easy check in, have stayed here before. Downside no elevator. Price is ok

Property is an older motel; however it was very clean and in walking distance of everything. The breakfast was nice and the people were friendly. No issues. It was a good place to spend a night while visiting the park.

Our stay was fine. The only complaint I had was there was no elevator to the second floor of the hotel. We are all older so it was not easy packing all of our luggage etc up the stairs. They also did not offer any bell services.

nice place but the tv sucks. 1st it was broken had to have them bring another. Then they only had 4 channels all other were ALL shopping channels how many times do i have to see shark vacuum and creepy skin

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a hearty, hot breakfast served by the staff in a pleasant dining room. It was very convenient to walking the downtown area, yet enough off the main road to be quiet. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Buildin was dated, but staff was nice. Ladies serving breakfast were very nice.

The bathroom exhaust fan was noisy. There’s only one switch for light and exhaust fan. I sounded like an airplane is ready to take off.
The bath tub is slippery. Need to put non skid pad. Dangerous to guests.
Carpet appears old. Need to renovate.

The staff and breakfast were wonderful. The property is old and in disrepair there is no refrigerator or microwave.

Furniture was old run down yard sale crap. Floor was outdated and damaged. Television did not work, etc, etc. at best this is a low budget hotel that should be charging less.

The pros: very clean and up to date bathroom. The room itself appeared clean but hard to tell with the indoor- outdoor carpeting in the room. The cons: the carpet. Difficult to know exactly its cleanliness. I wish places would invest in vinyl flooring instead. Also the matresses were a bit firmer than I would prefer. Also one of the mattresses in our room was off the base so when you sat down on the corner of the bed it basically slid downward. Breakfast was included in the stay. Pretty decent but food was o n the cool side once you got it to your table.

Older hotel, could use some updating. But large rooms, comfortable beds, good staff and very good hot breakfast.

Sparse amenities, stingy towels, no bar soap - expected better for the price.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. Hotel is a little older and a bit run down. Very strong bleach or cleaner smell in our room. Vent didn't work in bathroom. Pretty decent for the price.

Out of our 8 night travel to Yellowstone, this was our favorite motel/hotel of all. It was pricey, but so was everything else. Large rooms, older hotel but updated and clean. Each room comes with 2 free breakfast buffets valued at $11.95 each. Lots of food to choose from. The rooms did NOT have a coffee maker, but there was a room next to the cafe that had coffee, cokes, snacks and tables to sat and relax. I booked thru Expedia and front desk would NOT give me a receipt showing I paid, they said Expedia would email it to me. I DID NOT LIKE THAT, therefore will think twice next time about booking thru Expedia. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Best part of the stay was breakfast. Food was good, the staff excellent. All other aspects satisfactory or less. Will not recommend to people who I like.
