It's clean and nice, but I didn't see anything about getting charged extra for parking. Pretty frustrating. Obviously if you are staying you more than likely have a car that needs parked.

Very nice stay. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms and convenient location. Will visit again.

Heater was broken and blowing cold air!never got above 62*F!! No extra blankets. Front desk just gave me a sad face when I told them while checking out.
The girls in Starbucks were the only saving grace to the stay. Very friendly and welcoming.

Not impressed with having to pay for parking. It isn’t gated or patrolled by security, what are we paying for?

My wife and I are in our eighties. There were no porters to help with luggage. Our rooms were about a block from the front desk. The heater didn't work in our room. The food in the dining room was worse than fast food. A beautiful hotel in downtown Salt Lake with amenities of Motel Six.

Very comfortable stay. Check-in experience was very pleasant and quick. Furnishings well done. Convenient to many things to see and do with access to the freeway.

Stayed one night while father was at Huntsman. Legs got bitten horribly by bed bugs.

I had a very nice stay, front desk gave me a room close to the pool after I told her I chose the hotel for the outdoor pool. The store was nice to buy items, the bar was nice. I do wish there was a microwave to heat up food. And I did love laying out at the pool, again the reason I chose it, but the water was FREEZING!

Close to different activities around Salt Lake City Downtown.

Good swimming pool, but needs a poolside bar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and nice. We walked around downtown salt lake and had a great time!

We had a great stay! I highly recommend choosing the premium option, we loved the view and the balcony. Hotel/room was clean and staff very friendly. We ended up getting access to the "Club Lounge"; free breakfast and cocktail hour. We only went once for breakfast, food options were limited but there was coffee, tea, bottled drinks, and soda. The breakfast at the lobby restaurant is a rip off; I was expecting an actual restaurant experience but it was $20 each for continental breakfast. There was a hair in the eggs my husband ordered. The waitress was really nice and comped the meal.
I would still recommend this hotel, the room and view was great, the location is perfect for downtown, near airport, and freeway, and every staff member was top notch.

I had a great day the only thing I do not like you said it did not have a laundry facility and also you have to pay for breakfast as much as many as you spend the night to stay there those two things should be demand for the hotel

A couple of things that were quite disappointing: the room had a very intense smell of mold or feet - it was a bit alarming as I entered room 307. The hall was pleasant therefore the contrast was evident. I should have asked to change room but I arrived later at night and was very tired.
It seems that the window was never opened, the air was stagnant.
The bed was not comfortable, very soft, pillows too big.
I realize traveling and sleeping in beds other than yours is never the same but I sometimes find quite firm and comfortable mattresses. This was a torture - I put a pillow underneath the mattress to help with the sagging, still not a good sleep.
The room was clean overall and the staff is friendly and kind. Easy booking, easy check in/out.

Coffee maker was missing a part to function and one of the facet handles and water supply was broken.

Dinning was very convenient, once was a very beautiful property could use some upgrades,
I’m a supervisor for a hospital cleaning crew so
Cleanliness could also use some upgrading, we found hair in our bathroom and dust behind the tv
Our A.c was hard to adjust it was not tuning on with the thermostat settings, pool was very nice and I loved the outdoor fire pit

Finishes/furnishings for the rooms are a bit outdated but okay.

The room was very clean, amenities were in perfect condition. Close enough to downtown that everything is 10 minutes of walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. A/C blasts and hot water works well. Bathrooms are great. Convenient location

Hotel room was hot (78 degrees) when we checked in at approx. 9pm. We set AC at 68 degrees and the room never cooled down past 77 degrees. Made for a horrible night of sleep and had to be on the road by 4am.
Plus the hotel charges to park a car while you stay there!
Definitely not impressed for the rate.

Excellent location for visiting downtown SLC on foot. Lobby and exterior fire pit are lovely. Buffet breakfast is well worth prepaying. However, a couple of surprising and disappointing issues (stained sheets, no shower gel), which shouldn’t arrive at a Sheraton.

Having the outdoor pool was very nice for the hot days that we were there this July 2023.
Resturant food was good.

Love this hotel and lobby always smells so good!

This is a very clean hotel with lovely spaces within the lobby and Starbucks! Within walking distance of yummy restaurants (Red Rock Brewery and Squatters). We had a really loud neighbor above us at 2:00 am. Front desk was kind and handled it for us.

Great central location.
Clean overall except for the spa area. The floor was filthy.
Hated the fact that I couldn't take a drink from the bar up to my room. I was on a business trip and didn't want to sit at the bar and drink. Staff should have told me I couldn't leave the area before I ordered the drink.
