I have stayed there many times. The condition of the hotel has really gone down. It needs so much work. And there are roaches. We had a 6 night stay, left after two days.

Sadly the age is showing at this location. From the simple things like lamp shades and clothes hangers broken, very load air conditioning units to disregard of maintenance of bathrooms and poorly fitting doors. The digital TV would only tune 3 stations with all others extremely pixilated or just freezing on an image. The property needs a serious remodeling to be able to justify the cost per night.

The room was dirty, there were roaches all around the floor and it was disguisting. After going to the front desk they were nice enough and agreed to refund my money but it has not hit my account yet.

The room was dirty. Refrigerator leaked water. Bathroom had black mold and fan was falling off ceiling. Apple juice and Coffee maker In breakfast room both dispensed water not coffee or juice. Floors in room were filthy and turned our socks black. Tv kept freezing.

Roach infestation. The bed was comfortable. But otherwise, minimal choices for breakfast and there were random hairs on my towels. Not impressed at all. I checked out after the first night.

Amanda is the most welcoming and respectful hotel staff I've encountered in all my travels across the country. I would definitely recommend this hotel compared to others in the Muscle Shoals area. She's always accommodating and makes sure guests are well taken care of when they stay at her hotel. 10/10

Cable didn't work the whole time we were there (4 days). This made traveling with a child very inconvenient. We were told at check in that it would be on the next day but even when we checked out it didn't work. We also watched a drug deal go down in the middle of the day. Random people would knock on the door. All hours of the night people were talking outside my door. Definitely won't be staying here in the future.

A ton of bugs inside the hotel room. Cracked floors, bathroom vent broken and hanging from the ceiling. Shower was broken and squirting water out on to the ceiling. Room was in rough shape. Staff were nice, ac was great.

Room I checked in the tv did not work and it too over an hour to get some help because he forgot. Couldn't get it to work so we changed rooms but the room I got was smelly so we changed to another room that was smelly as well. He said that the smell would go away after the AC unit ran awhile but the AC unit didn't work properly so instead of switching to yet another room, I just stuffed it out. Would not stay there again.

Good little blue collar inn. Out of town contractors, and discount room seekers. No frills, a little shabby, but the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Appears a little sketchy outside, but it is a motor lodge- had no problem with other guests at all. Pool was green. Free breakfast was all you need to fill a hole, the folks that managed the inn and the employees were all very nice and accommodating. Definitely worth the price! We would stay there for under a $100 a night any time! We stayed three nights.

No one cleaned the room or changed out towels or made beds. Roach bugs crawling all of the counter top, had to walk to get ice because ours was broken. The toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor it moved. I feel that after two nights I should be refunded at least one night. I complained at the office and because no one was there we had to be without

Service was great. Everyone that worked there was very helpful and nice. But our room was not the cleanest and it actually had roaches. I will not stay there again

Front desk lady complained to us about 3rd pty computer system not updating showing our booking. Held me and 2 other clients in lobby 15 minutes..then gave me and 1 other keys “without” verification. Told us we had to come back and take care of payment (done online) before leaving. She was watching movie on her phone while we “waited” for the system.

The pool was open but the water was nasty and obviously not maintained. The bottom of pool was covered with black debris. The reason I picked that hotel was because we wanted to swim and hang out by the pool.

First of all, let me start by saying that this is the first time I have ever given a bad review on a hotel room. We had stayed in a Baymont Inn before, but it was really nice. The only thing nice about this one was the lady at the front desk. Once we got in the room, I wanted to cry. It was tacky and really dirty. I felt like I should go to Walmart and buy cleaners and come back and clean. The only reason we stayed is that none of my friends or family there had a very accessible house, and at least it had a handicap shower. The beds are way too high for a handicap person. It had 2 full size beds, beds, and there was barely enough room to get through in my wheel chair. Every other hotel was full because there were a lot of folks in town helping with tornado issues helping clear debris, replace cell i.e. I learned my lesson about not having a reservation way ahead of time. The rates were cheap, and I guess I know why. That place will hurt the Wyndham brand. I feel like we should have

The facility is being remodeled. New paint a few new boards. But it’s surface repairs. I went with my son and found the 2nd cheapest hotel. You get what you pay for. We had clean beds and a place to go to at night that’s all we needed. If you want better pay for better and don’t trash on a place only working to improve itself. The staff were kind, considerate, and helpful. the room was as clean as places I spent double for. And the attendant put my young son and me in a corner where no one else was. So the people outside swearing and leaning over the balcony smoking weren’t next to us. Our room did have missing chunks of paint on the wall, an animal had chewed up the bathroom door, the room smelled like a smokers room, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and we did find 2 cockroaches the first night. Not your romantic get away, but it’s a place to stay.

Mostly the room was clean, but the corners and some other places needed some attention. The seal under the door was torn and hanging off, allowing light to come under the door.
