The hotel itself was ok. The room was good. We got to the hotel after a long day of exploring the city and being on a tour. We were tired, we were hungry. As soon as we walked in the door, we went straight to the restaurant for a drink to relax and a bite to eat. The sign said wait to be seated. So we stood there, for 10 minutes, as they looked at us and walked by. Finally a young woman came over, so we said for 2 please. She asked us if we had a reservation. We said no. A reservation at a hotel? And the place was almost empty to boot. She said we could not come in because they only had one cook. So we said then we will sit at the bar and only have a drink. She said sorry no. Can you believe it. We went to our room hungry and thirsty.

Great place for a relaxing adventure!

This hotel is in a good location. No. 22 bus runs to central station every 10 mins from outside the hotel. 10 minute ride (free with a IAMsterdam city card)
Very good breakfast facilities. We booked the restaurant for one evening, the food was good, but they had no note of the reservation we made with reception the day before. Had to wait just a little while extra.
Our room was very comfortable. Fabulous king size bed and amazing pillows.
Swimming pool and children's play area looked very nice but the weather was diabolical. But that is April for you. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall a very nice hotel and we would most probably book again if we came back to Amsterdam.

A brief but amazing stay at this well presented hotel. The wonderful receptionist, Irina, allowed us to check in 3 hours early. The rooms was very comfortable, we all had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was perfect and had lots of choices for my son who is on a gluten free diet.

Had an amazing night here, booked 2 rooms for 3 people each, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions and parking with our vehicle that was too tall.

Perfect location for us for a trip to see the culture of Amsterdam. A short number 22 bus gets you anywhere really easily. Transport was so easy for someone who is a novice traveller with two small children. The benefit of being out of town is that is peaceful. Lovely room, great service, good breakfast to see you leaving with a full stomach for the day. Highly recommend.

The rooms itself are decorated beautifully…

The room and hotel were fine for a short stay. Not a great deal to do in the immediate vicinity, however the bus stop is close and 10 minutes from Central Station.

A really nice room just a short bus ride from Centraal Station. We loved it.

Everything was amazing. Bus stop right outside straight to central. Lovely clean hotel, big super king size bed with the most comfy pillows. Staff all helpful and friendly. Hotel bar very well priced. Can’t fault anything at all

The hotel is excellent and as a bonus, there is a micro brewery right opposite that does fantastic food and beers…of course 🍺

Outside impression puts you off with non-guests sitting on benches right outside the door. Check in took an abnormally long time with 45€ additional charges. Thr rooms were nice. There was a bus stop just outside the door giving you great access to city center. Bus runs every 15-20 minutes and takes credit card.

When I booked this hotel, I did it rather impulsively, I REALLY wanted to stay somewhere with a pool and the 'good for families' persuaded me. It wasn't until preparing to leave I realised the hotel is a short (15mins at most) bus ride out of the city center and I am sure that this might make people think before they book.
Don't let this stop you.
This hotel is well worth the short bus ride, the bus leaves from the railway station at a decent frequency and stops right outside the hotel, there's a nice children's play area and supermarket within walking distance, it's nice and quiet at nice and the pool was a LOT of fun for the kids. The family room was comfortable and we had a good view of the pool.
If I can think of any downsides it was not exactly the fault of the hotel but every frickin day there was a Mosquito in the room, couldn't get rid of it. And I found my bed a bit soft, one one end, like maybe there was a board missing on the divan, but I don't think this was the case with the kids beds.

We were a family of 6 with two triple rooms. The hotel staff were very welcoming and polite. Rooms perfectly clean, lovely fluffy towels and comfortable beds.
The hotel is a 2 min walk from the bus stop.
The buses run regularly and is a short drive to the centre. This gives you the best of both for quietness to rest in the late evening and not far from the main attractions.
The coffee machine was a nice touch. Bottle water would have been appreciated.
You have access to an outdoor pool area which my grandson loved.
There was a restaurant and bar which unfortunately we did not access due to our very short stay but looked very pleasant.
The hotel have plentiful games for children to use.
My family and I had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel for future family guests, fiends and couples.
We all would stay here again.

I loved our room which was larger than usual, and quiet, it had a coffee machine, a large window that looked out onto the swimming pool at the back and a bathroom with an actual bath. The breakfast was terrific as well and the bar and restaurant had good food.

The staff was nice but incompetent. They had problems programming the room keys and activating the bus passes that I bought from them. The service at the bar was slow. They seated us and then disappeared for at least 15 minutes. The location has nothing nearby but at least there was a bus station.

Not too central but close enough. Amazing location, hotel staff did everything to please our stay. Hotel/front desk manager was a professional in giving costumer service.

Check in a nightmare. Had to wait nearly an hour.
An overpriced Travelodge in my opinion.
Clean enough with fresh clean and towels daily.

Only complaint was the cold shower morning of departure but other than that, a positive experience and a pleasant property.

Overall, the property was good. Out of main tourist area, but transport not a problem as bus right outside front door.
Only disappointing thing, we were told hotel bar closed at 11pm and at 10:15pm we were told we could not enter for a drink.
