My husband and I used to stay at this hotel years and years ago. Well I’m pretty sure everything is still the same. The room was clean but the bed was very very uncomfortable, the rooms are also very outdated. The staff was amazing at check in and The pool was a great temperature.

Bathroom was filthy. Hair in the shower and on the toilet. Bathtub appeared to have never been cleaned. My child was afraid to step foot in it. The comforter on the bed had a lot of black fuzzies.

LeighAnn checked us in and Switch dreams to accommodate our parking needs comma as well as treated our dog very well! She couldn't have been more accommodating and informative, and was one of the most pleasant people I've dealt with in recent memory. AAAA+++

This was a perfect hotel for having the Security, comfort, and efficiency through the hospital. My husband had surgery and I felt secure and safe here. The bed was the only thing that was uncomfortable. It was very broke down and needs to be replaced, but otherwise it was literally perfect.

We really like this hotel. Have stayed several times to visit family. Pool area is always clean. Breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are usually clean and comfortable. This time the room wasn't great. 2 of the queen beds was obviously very old and uncomfortable. The floors were dirty, the tub was very old and stained and the faucet was broken.. We will be back because of previous good experiences. The staff is really nice.

nice room and lobby. good breakfast. quiet. cannot figure out why folded bathmat was wet when arrived. there was no leak. used handtowel which was ok. floor not so clean. would stay there again .

This hotel was not up to our expectations, we had to change rooms because we found roaches in the first room. It had a lot of cosmetic issues in the hotel room.

It’s a little dated, but it’s clean and has a cool design in the “courtyard” area. It’s a very busy area with lots of dining options.

Breakfast area was large--no need to wait for a place to sit. Breakfast included some hot options. Our room was at the very end of the property; took a while for the water to heat enough for a shower. Have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here when we're in the area. Price is reasonable.

I talked to the manager about the FILTHY carpeting in the main entry, hallways and main salon. She said it’s the original and it is soon to be replaced. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Excellent staff.

Always a wonderful stay at Auburn Place. We stay here several times a year as we pass through to visit family in Kansas. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I planed a girl weekend for my daughter's birthday. We wanted to relax in a pool and enjoy ourselves but the indoor pool was way too cold to even try to get in. It was a huge disappointment.

The hotel was nice and clean. We were able to get connecting rooms so we had a door from the outside (motel) and the joining room had a door from the inside (hotel) staff was friendly. Would stay again. Only suggestion would be need more available outlets or maybe even add lamps with USB connections to charge electronics. Other than that it was great

Comfortable quality pre-surgery night stay at reasonable price. Nice room, bed, flat screen, fridge, microwave. Quality hot and cold breakfast. What else would we need? Kudos!

Pet friendly. They have exterior rooms for easy access to walking your dog and interior rooms for ease of accessing the inside of the hotel. There is also a connecting door between an interior and exterior room should you need 2 rooms. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good sleep.

Perfectly preserved 90s business hotel, rad carpet, courtyard with water fixtures like a Tuscan Villa. Too bad it's going away.

Very acomodating.They allow dogs in their rooms. 2 pool tables, foosball table, great swimming pool, excellent breakfast.
