They neighbors were not meant to stay in a hotel, loud language i really didn't want to hear, the hotel called them and quieted their arguing down, even at 3am when it happened again, they make sure you stay is a pleasant one,

The room smelt like sewage. The atmosphere outside was disgusting.

The hallway was full of wet towels when we checked in at 2:30 p.m., and they were still there the next morning. The bathtub was dirty, and there was a lack of linen in the bathroom. I've stayed here many times over the years and never had a complaint, but this time was a downer.

Excellent...I travel with my show dogs and felt thaat THEY were welcome roo

The bed seemed like a double not a queen because my feet hung over the bed and it had a lumpy mattress. The staff was friendly no negative remarks for them. The room did not have a refrigerator and I couldn’t control the A/C and it was hot! In addition the walls were thin and I could hear kids playing and making noise most of the night. The bottom of the curtains didn’t keep the light out of the room as well! I won’t stay there again

Well worth the money and a very short walk to the beach!!!

Room was nice, we stayed for one night. Only complaint I have is the noise level. Two rooms down were having a party with loud music and people coming out hollering from room to room and slamming doors.

The entire 3rd floor are smoking rooms. The smell seeps down to the 2nd floor. While you can’t initially smell it in your room, the odor is terrible walking the halls and comes in when you open your door. The hotel is pet friendly so there is visible dog hair everywhere. Our room was cleanish but could have been much better. They’ve stripped the rooms of everything so not much to clean. We had to ask for towels and there were only 2 pillows in the room.

Seen a roach need to be sprayed other than that enjoyed our stay very friendly!

My kids and I stayed at Motel 6 Biloxi. There were never enough towels for the three of us. The hallways smelled like weed. My kids encountered this smell every time we walked in and out. The room was clean. My daughter was uncomfortable. So we will not return here again.

This hotel looks relatively recently renovated. Definitely one of the top two Motel 6 I have stayed in, and I’ve stayed in several because I travel with larger dogs. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was fairly big. It was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicest motel 6 I’ve been to! Only downside was small beds!

Super close to the Coliseum, we were able to walk to the concert and skip out on all the traffic. Bed was comfortable.

The whole hotel smells like cigarettes. There’s cigarette butts on the floors. The cable was horrible, the tv picture had a pink line going across it. The WiFi didn’t work.

my room smelled like cigarettes, even if the room was a nonsmoking room.

Perfect location for a trip to Biloxi!!! Inexpensive hotel without all the amenities of the bigger hotels but perfect for our quick stay for a concert. Very clean room and property and centrally located near everything in Biloxi!!!

Ac went out in room, lady wouldn’t give us our money back for the room so she put us in another room which was equally poor condition.

Overall it worked perfect for the reason we needed. I'm not sure I would stay if I was there for more than one night. Went to a concert at coliseum and it was perfect walking distance so I didn't have to pay to park. Maybe a 10 minute walk. If you stay, be sure to have your drivers license with you. You have to leave it with them if you need a hairdryer. There are none in the rooms.

Gross! Old, smell of smoke was horrible in the room. Dust caked on the air vents, hair all over the bathroom. Didn’t even put a new roll of toilet paper on rod. It was half used from previous guest. Hit on toilet, food spill on bench cushion. Tony was the “cleaner” .. terrible … didn’t even stay.. left after the concert bc it felt so gross. The only positives and the reason I gave one star, it was close to the venue and the lady in the front was sweet. Everything else.. horrible

Very upset! I paid in advance for Saturday night (December 9th) through Hotels.com. I arrived a night early on Friday (December 8th). The front desk lady said she couldn’t add an extra day to my reservation so I said that’s fine, I’ll just pay for my Friday night room then recheck in with my reservation on Saturday and hopefully be able to stay in the same room. Well the lady charged me for Friday night and Saturday night, when my Saturday night was already paid for! So I was charged twice for the same night! When I was checking out Sunday morning I went to the front desk and the guy working then told me he only saw a charge for Friday night and it was the only charge showing on my account and gave me a receipt for that night. The charges weren’t showing on my credit card account yet. I just checked my credit card account again and there was in fact 3 total charges (my hotels.com reservation for Saturday, Friday night, and another Saturday night charge). My Saturday charged through Hotels.com for Saturday night was only $55.?? after my rewards was applied and the lady at the front desk charged me another $108.?? For the same night! Will not be staying at this disaster of a hotel again!

i would have given five stars for overall stay but the internet was out the whole time i was here and just kept getting told they were “calling someone”.. other than that, the room for the price was great, i just wish i could be compensated for the no wifi situation.

The beds were the worse…we had reserved a king nonsmoking room got there they gave us a double and the BEDS were absolutely the worse said they gave our room we had reserved to someone else because they said the room would not work for them..then the coffee pot was full of grounds where someone didn’t know how to use them…they should have been checked and clean by staff…
The bathroom and floors were very clean.

WiFi not working. Initial room dirty with filthy windows , broken dirty toilet seat and curtains. Elevator filthy.Requested a different room. Front desk not happy to change. Paid for “deluxe” room but he said “not really?”He did finally move us to a different room which was cleaner. Paid double advertised rate of what others paid for same night. Location is across from beach. Centrally located. Is dog friendly.

When I was checking out I heard one of the workers say they need to hurry up that was very rude and unprofessional

We travel with our dog everywhere we go. Staying at a property that doesn't charge you the cost of the room deposit was very nice. We will be staying at Motel 6 more often.
