Clean room friendly staff. Had an issue checking in but it was fixed immediately. Kudos to the hotel

Entrance is ugly, you need go to 11 floor, but first star on Ground behind big parking. You can found best hotel with same price. At night when you sleep you can hear elevator noise also if someone use shower pipe noise don’t let me sleep.

So clean! Super convenient for walking the French Quarter without being in the middle of the bustle. We travelled with 3 kids and felt very safe here!
The only thing I marked a 4 on was comfort because our bed was soft and sort of lumpy like maybe our mattress was getting towards the end of its life, but that could also be my preference for a firmer mattress.
We will definitely keep this hotel on our good list for future trips to NOLA!

Couldn’t get an early check in which was okay, but after traveling three hours our party of four needed to use the bathroom. Both guests bathrooms were not in order. They suggested we go across the street and use a restaurants bathroom. Also the desk couldn’t break change for a 20$. Persons working desk weren’t very pleasant

Kendrick at check in was very friendly and helpful with early xheçkin. Location was excellent, room very spacious and clean.

2 complaints. Bed wasn't the most comfortable and our room was close to the elevators so we heard them all night long which in turn made our sleeping arrangements horrible. Other than that, the room was clean, checking in and out overall along with valet was great and easy.

We enjoyed our stay every thing was walking distance only thing was the breakfast wasn’t free and you definitely would rather eat out for breakfast instead of at the hotel

The thermastat didn't work. No matter what temperature we set it at it was freezing in the room. Maintenance had to be called to help with water in bathtub

The locations pretty perfect. Its in walking distance to pretty much everything. The women working the front desk were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and the value seemed to be very good.

Hotel is in a good location, but the beds left much to be desired compared to other Garden Inn locations. The sheets didn't fit the bed and the mattress cover was visible every morning. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful.
The carpet was just gross in the room.
The staff was very friendly and we liked that we were in walking distance of all the things we wanted to see.

The receptionist at the front desk the night I arrived was rude. My flight was delayed so I called to let them know that I would do a late check in. He basically rushed me off the phone and hung up on me in the middle of me talking. When I got there he checked me in the wrong room so I had to go back downstairs for him to fix it after I spent a day at the airport due to my flight being delayed. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly whenever I contacted them for anything like booking tours for me and extending my stay.

Front desk girl could not be any more rude. The man working was nice. We had to haul all of our luggage up to our floor ourselves with no luggage rack. Ridiculous. Guys parking our car were okay. We didnt need our room cleaned but they didnt have enough towels to replace ours when they asked if we needed some. I will not stay here again. Will spend the extra money at Nopsi but staying in the FQ is where I will stay from now on. And I didnt get any $ back from the security deposit.

They lied, I got 4 rooms with king beds and they gave be rooms with 2 beds. Place was a dump.

The employees could not answer any questions about the area. On the last day, we had no hot water and very low to no water pressure. No manager was on site to answer questions.

The extra parking expense of $40 plus tax per night was very unexpected. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known that up front. The room was ok....there were cracks in the ceiling and walls. The iron was broken and ripped an item of clothing before we realized it. The one ply toilet paper....meh. Towels that felt like sand paper. The carpet was sticky. My door would stick and had to push really hard to open. And breakfast was not free and not very good. Also the front desk charged the wrong card after I gave them very specific instructions. Will find another hotel for my next trip.

I try to give honest reviews and seldom give all 5-star rating. However, this stay was defiantly a 5 star stay. The location is great. Close to the French Quater but far enough away to feel safe and quiet.
Staff was friendly, (especially the morning food lady) and helpful. The pool is small, but the roof has a great view.

Excellent location. Close enough to the French Quater. Quiet and clean, only complaint was the rooms air conditioner was extremely noisy. Woke the family
Up every time it turned on. Valet was awesome even though it’s a mandatory $45. But that’s ok because there is no public or free parking, extremely convenient.
