My daughter is homeschooled. She had to be here at 7:30 am for state testing from 8 to 3. Instead of dragging her out of bed at 4 in the morning and making the 2 hour drive we decided to stay the night before so she would get a good full nights sleep. That didn’t happen. The power went out 13 times between 1 am and 6 am. It would wake us up everytime it went out. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was so so. Would not stay again. And I just hope my daughter can stay focused and awake to do well on her testing.

Ray at the front desk is fantastic and uber professional and made our stay and check in comment worthy. we arrived late on a Saturday night after my wife both ran a 100k race. We were exhausted however Ray’s friendly demeanor was great to experience.

This was a 2 day business trip and space rental for business meeting. Keep up at night from a huge dog barking a few rooms down. Did not know dogs were allowed when I booked. Meeting space not completely set up, and had a musty/moldy smell. The air conditioner had issues and a belt had to be replaced during the meeting. Staff was polite. When it came to the issues it seemed like there was no urgency to find out what was going on. Paid a lot of money for room and space for meeting, but was dissatisfied. Even though it was a Hampton Inn, it was not a Hampton Inn experience.

The curtain wouldn’t work, it was late so we didn’t call the front desk. Really bright parking lot lights shine in all night. Water pressure in shower was very low.

When I first arrived Ms Tonya was the sweetest person I ever met in the hotels I’ve stayed at, while there she needed some assistance she called some tall black I didn’t even get a name because he was kinda rude and I didn’t appreciate that all! I didn’t even want to talk to him anymore with his smart antic mouth!! But I would give a shout-out to Ms Tonya keep up the good work the 2 nights we were there , she made she everything was accommodating! Also the elderly lady that works breakfast she’s a sweetheart love her attitude I don’t east pork she went to the back and made some turkey sausage for me and my fiancée!! Great job ladies! Hotels need more people like you!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to get me a room early because I had been up since 1:30AM. The facility and grounds were very clean and fresh smelling. Food and coffee were great. I will definitely book with this hotel again for future competitions at the CMP.

The room above us was extremely noisy and we were unable to get any sleep. We complained to the front desk, and the noise stopped for a short while but stared back up. We had been on the road all day and had a 5 hour drive ahead of us. None of the outlets worked allowing us not to charge are cell phones. Then I had to pay a $75,00 pet fee for a 6 week old puppy we had just picked up. Our overall experience was horrible..

I eould like a refund ! It was horrible. They gave me a room at the entrance level 4 fert from the cars in the parking area. There was no door or cover at the shower because it was a disabled room. I asked them to change it they didnt care. Evetytime i shower it was fully flooded in the bathroom. No slippers they provided. I also asked for room cleaning they didnot do it 4 days in a row. It was just a terrible exprience...

The hotel was nice and the service desk attendant was extremely nice during check in. The rooms were nice and clean. However, the tub in one of my rooms would stop up while I was taking a shower and drained really slow. The following morning I asked for a light clean up. Like refreshed towels and to throw out the garbage. The attendant assured me it would be taken care of. I returned to my room that night around 8 pm and nothing had been done. There were still garbage and dirty towels in both rooms. Other than that everything else was GREAT!!!
