Pool closed Been closed for atleast a month Should have read the reviews before paying $200 for a hotel without a pool . Child very disappointed. Please put pool closed on ur sites before u false advertising that u have a pool . I’ll never return to holiday inn. Been better off at motel 8

The pool is broken and apparently has BEEN closed all though there is nothing posted anywhere on the property or online that says so.

Well The pool was closed saying covid ?. The room smelled. At check in i waited 10 min with someone behind the computer with out even looking up to say anything. Area around the hotel was littered with trash looked like it has been there for years. Bathroom fan cover was clogged with lint, Not cleaned in months. No Room service no staff. The only reason we booked the hotel was for the indoor pool. It has been closed for at least a year and no remarks to let anyone know its closed.

Unfortunately, it is not worth the price. This hotel is fairly new & already needs updating. Safety was a HUGE issue. We discovered a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell and they were random people walking around. We will never stay here again.

Good: Included breakfast had a very nice selection and was tasty, front desk at check-in was very nice, parking close to entrance, stocked bathroom supplies, felt safe Bad: Hair in the bed, food on the remote, loud and obnoxious national guard guests acting like they were on spring break being completely oblivious to others staying at the hotel at all hours, pool closed with no notice, front desk not dealing with loud people after hours, bed too soft Overall, disappointing, but supposedly the best hotel in the area.

The workers at the front desk were WONDERFUL. They were so nice and helpful. My main complaints are that the pool was closed. I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool…and it wasn’t even open.

The staff member who checked us in was so friendly. She followed up with a phone call to the room to make sure everything was okay with the room and see if we needed anything. It was greatly appreciated!

Nice hotel, BUT- there were several men who were obviously not guests hanging around right outside the main entrance. They were there when we arrived and when we left/returned from dinner. It just gave off a very negative first impression of an otherwise nice hotel.

Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I stayed for 4 nights and although I had to request that my room be cleaned, they did a wonderful job. Would have been nice if the pool and hot tub were open. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great.
