I liked everything - guests, kitchen helpers, beautiful location, sound of the ocean, ocean waves, quiet street, beautiful plants outside. Hope to return and see more of St. Augustine.

The staff here were so friendly! The breakfast was wonderful! You do need to check in at the property next door but they will direct you to your room and parking spot. We had the lighthouse room which was a bit small, but it had everything we needed and the property was lovely! Right on the beach, with a heated pool, and a jacuzzi it was genuinely relaxing.

We chose this B&B because it is right on the ocean. It was wonderful seeing the surf coming in continually. The only white we have where we live is snow!

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The room was super clean with extras. We where able relax and rest. A quiet getaway for couples for sure! The Atlantic Ocean is right there!

A beautiful few days at this b&b. We were right on the beach in a nice and clean facility and very conveniently located for our day trips. And the breakfasts were to die for.

It was our first time staying there, it was an amazing stay! So amazing we booked another night to enjoy the place. We stayed in the surf side and then the sail away and both were just as amazing as the other!! The staff all around were super sweet, friendly, helpful and all around great! Breakfast was delicious both days we stayed! We will definitely be staying there in the future anytime we travel that way!

Overall good stay, breakfast was good for the most part, we agree with a lot of the other reviews that some things should be served on the side. If you don't eat carbs plan on eating somewhere else. Check in is on the main street coming in at La Fiesta, you do not check in at the property. Bathroom in the cottage was very small but manageable. Good restaurants within walking distance and you can drive on the beach for a minimal fee. Nice hot tub and pool. Easy free parking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served each morning by the ladies was delicious. They personally went out of their way to help make our stay a memorable one.

What a lovely experience! We had a quick weekend getaway and both the owner and the innkeeper were perfectly lovely. Steps away from the beach. Wonderful breakfast very clean and spacious rooms.

I loved the beach theme of the house, the room was tidy and clean. The grounds are well kept. The breakfast was amazing however my man wanted his grits so we had to compromise and go the next day to a breakfast buffet. The staff were so helpful and pleasant to talk to. My guy thanked the ladies for the sherry in the room and joked about get some more. That same night when we got to our room, the decanter was topped up with sherry. Will definitely book here again.

We stopped en route to our final destination and enjoyed this lovely surprise: the perfect location, great amenities and wonderfully supportive staff made this one night stay a wonderful treat. We will definitely return for longer!

Amazing and wonderful. Our 4th visit to the Beachfront and loved it again. The people are fantastic as are the accommodations and, of course, the breakfasts. It's "our place" to celebrate our anniversary.

Excellent location and property. Booked last minute while passing through. Would make a fantastic group destination and we will be back!

Enjoyed this property very much. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. The owner Was there and introduced himself. About a one minute walk to the beach and only a few blocks from great food.

Pros: quick walk to beach, nice pool, comfortable bed, Windjammer room is bright and airy. Cons: Windjammer room in dire need of repairs, broken drain, cracked walls and tiles, the small details DO matter at $350 night (cost after taxes, resort fee)! Rusty drain cover not even attached to shower, kept slipping off, creating possible slipping,cutting hazard) Reported: advised reported previously, not fixed, making us wonder if owners actually care. Towels are old, rough on the skin, and not enough provided, for two, for two nights. Asked for more, received 1/1. Last morning shower ended up using a pool towel (nicer than other towels) Parking: is provided, but for Windjammer and Sail away is narrow pavers pieced together, barely wider than car tires, tightly between two palm trees! If you do not pull in just right, you cannot open your car doors. Unpaved part fills with water when it rains hard. Solution: remove the trees and create an elevated concrete pad! Breakfast: is NOT made to order, as Expedia site states! First day: tiny OJ glass, tiny fruit cup, with unripe melon and strawberries (ok) French toast saturated in syrup. Tiny sausages. Second day: dry, overcooked, tasteless egg bake. No meat or cheese in or on it. Same tiny OJ and fruit cup. Two dry sugary carbs on the site (scone and muffin) Bfast staff, especially gal from Ft Pierce, were friendly, engaging. Staff are NOT owners, but owners do live nearby. Overall: overpriced, not staying again, nor recommending

10/10 recommend!!! Stayed on the lighthouse room. Perfect location! Parking space. Delicious breakfast and honestly the best staff! Plenty of space. Not busy. Feels like you have the place to yourself most of the time! Can not wait to go back!

The place was beautiful. Nice & clean. The Sail Away room had a nautical view. The staff was amazing, very friendly & helpful. 1 recommendations is to reduce the amount of carbs for breakfast. It was very heavy on the carbs. Also, give people the option to put syrup on their food. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

Great place right next to the Atlantic. Nice pool and landscaped grounds. Lauren, the owner is friendly and wants everyone to enjoy their stay.

Breakfast could had been better, i had better breakfast at the Holiday Inn. For the price i paid, coffe and doughnuts accross the street could had been better. Sorry, but is my honest opinion

The most beautiful, tasteful, well located B&B one could imagine. We spent one night at the Royal Palm room, and the day at the beach and pool. Going to spent another three nights I. The next door cottage. And will definitely return here.

The property quite and very clean. Great for.a relaxing time

My husband and I came here for a getaway weekend. It was so relaxing waking up right on the beach. The breakfast every morning was different and made fresh. The rooms had beach towels and all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus, since the water on the beach was colder. Very quiet and peaceful and would definitely stay here again! We stayed in the Surfside Room and loved it !

Cindy and Andrea were the best! Exceptionally nice people who made our stay very enjoyable. The location was suburb as well. Just a short walk to the beach

The Lighthouse room is a cute quaint place with direct access to the beach. It’s a little odd because you have to check in at the hotel next to door, BUT IT’S A REAL KEY!! I haven’t seen them since my childhood. Check in was amazing, very friendly ladies at the counter. Was even able to get room about 15/20 minutes before actual check in. Here’s my one negative. We called and asked the front desk for an additional 30 minutes and she “said of course”, immediately following we get a call from a lady Cindy, who tells me that we have to drop off the key at the breakfast room area, my husband said thank you, we called for a later check out and will bring the key when we are packed and ready to leave; she straight hung up on him. So we decide to just say fine and was pack and in the car, knocking on the door because it was locked at 10:50 with an 11am checkout. So look at that Cindy wasn’t even there. Needless to say I went to the property next door to drop off the key and let them know about Cindy and obtained the owner of the “house” we stayed in so let them know and to suggest a regular love seat instead of a wicker, it get a little painful on the bum. But no matter what I will be following up and letting them know that Cindy is quite RUDE!
