During Breakfast, a couple brought their large (almost as tall as their wist), long haired (4-5”), dog to the breakfast dining area and set down at a table adjacent to the breakfast hot plates. We advised the staff we did not appreciate animals in the food area due to smell, desease, uncleanliness, hair in food, barnyard appearance, etc. Nothing was done by staff to eliminate this concern. We ate in the welcome area adjacent to the front desk. Sleep Inn should establish a policy to keep animals from the food dining areas. We will not be back unless this change occurs. Yuck!!!

The stay was good, we just needed a bed to sleep in so we didn’t take part in all the amenities, but my kids (19/18/10) said the breakfast was really good! The walk in shower was very nice and water pressure was very good as well! Overall and very nice stay!!!

Hotel was being remodeled. Room was clean but had no lotion, shampoo or conditioner. No iron or fridge. Bedding was worn thin, pillows were flat

The staff was very friendly. The location is excellent With many fast food choices nearby. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable.
There was a smoke odor as we entered the building. And the elevator was out of order in the morning.

I saw a lot of reviews about how clean the rooms were which is why we decided to stay there. There was hair in the sink when we checked in. I always travel with a package of Lysol wipes, I used the entire package to clean our room.

Great place to stay, clean, good breakfast. When we checked in he gave us a room that was already occupied. Imagine our reaction to open a door with other people's things inside. He put us in another room, no harm done we laughed about it.

The room was clean, we were on the 4th floor where it was fairly quiet.
The bed was very comfortable.

The property is in need of updating. The dead bolt did not work. The bathroom room door did not latch. The hallway and side entrance was in need of an upgrade.
The front entrance was inviting and the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming.

The room we got this week isn’t as clean and nice as when we stayed a couple weeks back, and the front desk when I checked in seemed very lost, and quit my checkin process to talk with someone on the phone instead of just having them hold a minute, I was late for work.

The staff was very nice but our room had an awful smell and the toilet was broken. Breakfast was fine, about what you would expect to see at any continental breakfast.

Not bad for price. Beds comfy, room could have been cleaner. Pool was down - I called the morning we checked in to make sure pool was working, was told it was but it was ice cold when we went that evening. They did arrange for guests to be able to go next door to swim and use hot tub- so at least tried. A little loud with highway there but over all a fine stay!

I made the mistake of leaving a ring on the bathroom counter and when I returned that evening it was gone. I called the hotel and the manager didn't even bother to call me back.

The staff are terrific. Anything you need they are eager to assist. The hotel is basic and the breakfast options limited but it is very convenient to downtown, surrounding areas and shops. Highly recommend.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The beds were more comfortable then most hotel beds and the location was great, being right by the interstate.
