Had a problem with the heating, however, this was raised by the team and was sorted very quickly with a heater given

Spent 2 nights at the Hotel, couldn't fault it. Staff excellent and very helpful . Room a good size and very clean. Our only quibble they don't do breakfast but on the plus side there is a Weatherspoons just over the road.

Loved that this hotel was a central location to everything that i wanted to do while i was on my visit. Staff were amazing rooms were fantastic bonus of having adjoining doors between rooms with my sisters so were able to all conversate and get dressed for night out without having to leave room to go to another. Will definetly use this hotel on my next visit in july.

Lovely hotel . And right next door to James street station . Literally 10 mins walk to Albert docks and the shopping centre . Staff were lovely and very helpful would reccomend highly . It’s where I will stay again next time I visit Liverpool

On arrival our room smelled bad of off food we also noticed that there were odd people hanging in and around the hotel which made me feel uncomfortable. later that night we were disturbed with loud voices and shouting until 2am they were so loud and aggressive I couldn’t sleep as I was frightened . In the morning when we were going for breakfast we were meet with 2 police men trying to get access to the room next door so it’s safe to say I won’t be back to this hotel

Overall a good hotel in an ideal location. The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. One of the lifts was out of order, otherwise no issues. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel location and facilities are great but our room had broken Air Conditioning (room temp was 28 Celsius) and the phone to contact reception to report was broken. Maintenance could not fix either issue and reception could not find us another room after I resorted to going down a few times from the 4th floor. I asked if they would refund if we cancelled and looked elsewhere, but the answer was 'probably' depending if she could speak to her boss so we weren't happy to chance it just in case. We were offered fans but these were just very noisy and simply pushed the hot air around. I suppose at least it drowned out the noise from other guests on our floor blowing a whistle at 1.30 am. It's rare to spend a night with so little sleep because of the heat at this time of year, but with no Air Con the room was like a mini oven. Both facilities and Customer Service were not acceptable even for a budget hotel. Such a pity because we had good stays here previously. With so much competition locally, you would expect them to want our custom more than they did.

Wouldnt use this hotel again no bar or dining available except room service which had no alcohol options available room was ok kinda small for a family location was good for docks etc

The room was good, comfortable beds and convenient to get around. It was a basic hotel but okay.

Received wrong room twice. Air conditioning poor. No lobby. Day staff mediocre. Key stopped working and when asked for a new key they didn’t even ask for ID to ensure the room was mine. Many homeless outside and around property. Not a great stay at all

Stay was excellent but let down by a male receptionist who was constantly, not sure how to put it nicely so will just describe it as it is, grebbing behind the counter. While i appreciate people get colds and have to do this, a private place would be better. The area immediately outside the hotel (snicket to the right) seemed to be used by groups of homeless as a meeting area. Felt a bit unsafe

Although there were USB ports in the room, there was an issue with the power as they did not charge either of our phones. We also had not lights in the morning, someone had to come to the floor and reset a switch. No breakfast option available. Otherwise, clean and well located however I’d have expected a better experience given the price.

Hotel was lovely very clean and comfortable Nice friendly staff. Close to all pubs and restaurants but no noise heard from outside. Will definitely stay here again highly recommended.

Clean and convenient accommodation with very basic amenities.

This was my second visit this year. Staff were welcoming and very helpful planning my next visit. The beds are very comfortable . The room was spacious,clean and airy. Price very reasonable. I look forward once again to my next visit in November.

Central location for all attractions. Bars, restaurants & pubs. Close to The Cavern, Liver Building & Beetles Statue. This was our 5th stay, would highly recomend this hotel.

Could do with a new shower head and Could not change settings on tv so couldn't watch it and people smoking drugs around the back of hotel

Staff were helpful but the lift was out of order on Sunday and Monday.

No A/c working in the room. Only one lift functional when we were staying. Corridor carpet condition dirty.

No negative to say about this hotel. Descriptions says it all. Clean and comfortable. Good service. Highly recommend

Great location , only one lift working don’t mind walking up and down stairs but we were on the 5th floor.
