A comfortable hotel well located near the Central Railway Station.

Very comfortable rooms. It was great to have interconnecting rooms for a family of four. The hotel is very conveniently located for travelling around Amsterdam and to get the train back to Schipol.

Lovely hotel. Check in and check out could be more focused, as it seemed as if overnighting airline crews always had the priority over regular customers. More staff on reception desks would help. Concierge staff - top class.

Lovely rooms - a bit of noise from outside but I was just above the main entrance where the restaurant is too. But great view!
Very clean and well maintained rooms. Sockets have USB-A and USB-C which is great. Lavazza coffee machine in the room plus a kettle. Bathroom amazing!

I was woken up before 7am to building works with power tools. This also continued throughout the day and evening.
When I called reception I didn't receive an apology and had to ask them to stop the wor during unsociable hours. This shouldn't have even occurred in the first place.

Hotel is located very nice and the service is good in general. Room service and concierge took long time for them to arrive.

Our stay at double tree Hilton was very comfortable.. we took 2 interconnecting rooms which was perfect for our family of 4.. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and quite spacious. Location is also very good.. very central.
Will surely stay there again if we visit Amsterdam again.

I would have given the Doubletree Hilton a 5 IF THE BEDS WERE MORE COMFORTABLE. 14 years since my last stay and unless Brad Yates does another event there I won't be back

The hotel is wheelchair accessible and lovely to stay at. The breakfast is awesome with lots of options. I love it. The staff members are very lovely and represent the company well. I'm proud of how they are always willing to help.

Room was very small, bathroom almost unusable. Beds small and hard, pillows flat. Picked this location partly for view from upper floor bar but service was terrible. Then tried the lobby bar, service just as bad. Very limited menu in the restaurant, last strike, was having to pay an extra two dollars for a couple minuscule pieces of toast to go with the steak tartare.

We loved the room, windows, and location. The breakfast was okay. The bar on the top of the building is fun, beautiful, and has tasty drinks.

Great location hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable with good views. The breakfast buffet was excellent complete with a full vegan selection. The rooftop bar Luminair was also worth a visit.

This is the perfect location for exploring Amsterdam. A quick train ride to the airport and then the hotel is within walking distance of so many things. The staff and service are exceptional!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was in the immediate area of Centraal Amsterdam. There are not many dining options within a 2 minute walk. There are lots of dinning options closer to Centraal. There is a supermaket within 2 minuts.

the hotel is probably getting old. The room was very unclean, the carpet was dirty, there were black stains all over the walls. Hair on the lampshade, hair in the drawers on the desk, old dust on the wardrobe and to make matters worse the shower was moldy in several places. we got another room after 3 hours on the same floor. For a weekend (3 days) the closet is very small and you only have hangers but no storage compartments and 4 small drawers. not much for two people and so you “lived” out of a suitcase. Not acceptable for a four star hotel and certainly not for the Hilton standard. For the nightly rates, there are far better hotels in this category in Amsterdam. the breakfast is very good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We booked a room with a Queen size bed, it was only a full size bed. The huge room made the bed look even smaller. The price was much higher than expected with all the tourism & other taxes not disclosed up front.

It was a very large and full of amenities, the rooftop lounge was fabulous. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent.
