the airport shuttle was horrible. Waited 1 & 1/2 hours. We called 3 times and was told "20mins, then he's on his way".

Excellent experience. In the front desk Bryant is a professional and all time He have smiling. Liset Liset gave us very nice attention with a lot of love. Thanks to the entire team of girls who make the rooms. Everything is always clean, SUPER CLEAN. Recommended 100%

Almost everything was fine. The only issue we had was the transfer to the port was first come, first serve. We arrived 1 hour after check-in, and was already filled. Had to find our own way to the ship. Other than that, everyone was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty bland, eggs were very watery.

It was a perfect spot to relax after our cruise. It is close to a few restaurants and an easy Uber ride to Miami destinations. I was a little disappointed that if you stay two days you have to get your cards reassigned.

The stay at the hotel was nice and quite pleasant. The shuttle ride from the airport was quite scary and there were multiple time we braced for impact thinking we would hit someone or be hit

The room was fine. It was a quick layover as we were not able to make our connection. But there were two comfort inns close together but yet so far and it was not obvious. The cab driver dropped us off at the wrong one. The lady checking us in knew what was happening but sort of dragged us along. Then told us to go through the gate, which was locked. So we had to walk several blocks all the way around, after midnight, to get to the right hotel. The airport shuttle was a joke. They only had three options and one of them was full. We had to get back and forth on our own

Stayed for 5 nights. Room was clean. Stayed on the 5th floor so our stay was very quiet, not a lot of noise or commotion in the morning or at night which was nice. The free breakfast is just ok. Only had sausage, waffles and scrambled eggs available for hot food for our whole stay. One of the cleaning ladies was mopping one morning and impolitely told us to scoot over to the wall

The room itself was nice clean etc. I dont like the fact Comfort charged a full night stay as a deposit prior to my arriving then charged me a night stay at check-in. I don't like the attitude of the gentleman i encountered at the front desk as i voiced my displeasure on this topic. The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast was pretty good.

I was traveling with a group of 11. We stayed here the night before our cruise left and the night when our cruise came back. We chose this hotel because they advertised shuttle service to both the airport and the cruise terminal. When we checked in, we requested the shuttle to the cruise terminal for the next day. They were full and said we had to reserve seats for the shuttle in advance. WHO KNEW?!!! There was no mention on their website. So, we had to find our own transportation. Then, when we needed shuttle service to the airport for our trip home, they could not accommodate us as it was too early. Their service did not start until 6AM. We had a 7:40AM flight. So, we had to find our own transportation again. While our rooms were ok, others had complaints about their rooms.

Spent the night here after a late flight. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was pretty good too. The coffee could use an upgrade but it was warm caffeinated liquid and it did the trick.

The front service desk not friendly or helpful. Wanted to borrow a bottle opener and was told to go to a 24 hr. gas station /convenience store to buy an opener. The sofa bed was the worse. Worn out and dirty.

I hate to leave a not nice review but i want people to lnow what to expect when booking this hotel. We recently stayed here for 1 night after a cruise. Our friends stayed there 2 nights before our cruise and they were told that we could call them when the cruise was over and they would pick us up. When we called, they said that they dont offer, makes no sense why the difference. Then we arrived at the hotel alittle after 10, and understand that rooms wouldnt be ready, but there was no place to store our bags and the small area they have is full. How do you have a hotel near the airport and have the smalled hokding area ever. So there were approx 20-25 people in the lobby with all of their luggage as noone is going to just leave their luggage. Our group had 3 rooms so we were hoping for 1 room and we could put all luggage in there. When we finally got our room at 2, the door was open and beds werent made. Had to get another room and rhe toilet wouldnt flush, thankfully our friend fixed it. Then the airport shuttle only runs at the top of the hour for 15 guests. We areived at 540am to see a ton of people and asked if the shuttle would drop off and come back and they said no, ao we had to get alternate ride to the airport. This hotel wasted our entire day and we had to pay for alternate services that they offer.

Arrived at property after several confirmations and property cancelled reservation upon arrival. Only had one room available with a king bed for five people. Very disappointed with the staff as they were not empathetic to what they had done. Reception stated it was a third party issue- third party attempted to reach property several times with no avail. A game a he said she said. Would not recommend this hotel EVER.

Free shuttles too and from airport and our cruise port the next morning. We just needed a bed to sleep in and this was perfect for that. It's clean, beds were conformable, the room we had was huge, fridge was big. It is right next to the airport so if plane noise bothers you, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The only complaint is they seem to be a bit understaffed and their vending machines are cash only.

Check in was extremely slow at a time which is usually busy for arrivals there was only one person at the check in counter. Unacceptable. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes or more. This is not the type of service one would expect from this brand of hotel.

The rooms were good size but carpets were dingy- looked lik only vac’d in high traffic area- edging an corners dir- Ty! Bathroom ok frniture old - front desk person wasn’t helpful when called for shuttle- said we had to be at door 7 - I said I was at door 23 - she said to walk to 7 then when we were standing at desk I heard her tell someone - 15 or 7…. Give everyone same info. Lobby seemed clean and sparkling but no where else- - elev cert expired 7/23 - inside ele panel loose and buttons don’t light up on 3 - turned upside down looks a little ragged- but 1 nigh I guess ok

Nice place to stay and close to the airport. Staff in reception were excellent. I didn't like the driver of the shuttle to the airport. He was rude and not friendly with customers.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was great. My only concern was the surrounding area was very sketchy ie: went for a walk and mostly what I seen was trash, beer bottles and dirty motels and empty dirty parking lots. If you don't have to leave the property this place would be a perfect place to stay.
