There was a pistachio shell in our room. Most of the coffees on the menu were not available. We signed up for the shuttle to the cruise line ports the day before. The shuttle did not have space for us and left us at the hotel with zero communication. We had to Uber to the cruise ports along with another 10 people who also got left behind from the shuttle. Not impressed with our experience.

It was an overnight trip in preparation for a cruise. The breakfasts buffet was fine. You can also order from their menu if you have the breakfast coupon from making your reservations at the hotel. There are at least 3 other eateries within immediate walking distance. Free airport shuttle is great. Cruise terminal shuttle cost $12 per person. The morning we left, 1015, uber was available for $16. The staff are great, especially Ronald. I would stay again.

Very old and outdated. Carpets dirty. Room was handicapped accessible but door opened right into bed very hard to get around room. Linens clean but mattress very old and sagging. Pool area dirty with parking lot adjoining and car up on jacks being repaired. No one to walk for food

The room was kind of dirty. Little things like the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, the headboard had blood on it.

This hotel has been mine and my families go-to hotel since the late 1980’s! I like the location, food is fine, the view from the upper restaurant/bar of MIA airport and surrounding area is excellent. It’s also right next to the main highways and you can very quickly get to the beach/airport or anywhere else in Miami very easily! It’s a good very clean hotel and the staff has always been kind and helpful. Stay at this Holiday Inn. It’s very good!

I did not like the surprise fee of $15 to park my car at the hotel. I was on the first floor with a big construction light shining in my room and construction workers walking right outside my window that only had shears and no drapes to pull. I felt like I had no privacy.

the Holiday Day is so convenient to both the Port of Miami and Miami International Airport. The courtesy shuttle was much appreciated.

The hotel seemed a bit dated. Carpet was very dirty and the maids were arguing in the hallways. However it was only a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Restaurant was expensive but the free breakfast was good. Great for staying overnight while headed to a cruise.

We paid extra for a ‘nice room’ and what we got was an old room with ceiling damage. No conveniences such as breakfast. The charge to the port was not included in the room charge, which is a lack of transparency. It appears as included on site we booked room, but apparently was extra.

Reasonably priced food at snack bar in lobby, room is very nice. Water pressure little low this morning, but water was hot. Shuttle driver polite and cuteous as well as gentleman at front desk. Willvstay here again as well as recommend to others.

The shower only has one stationary glass door. According to management, this is the new design. Bathroom floor gets soaked with water during shower and all we were offered was a few extra towels and an extra bath mat for the floor. It was ridiculous and extremely dangerous to step onto a wet floor after showering. The explanation from the front desk was completely ridiculous. Why in the world would they not provide a shower door. It makes absolutely no sense!

Loved it. Ate dinner in the 9th floor and able to park our truck there for our trip to the Bahamas. Saved us $10/day over the airport.
