The room was absolutely filthy. No one had made up. The bed sheets had not been changed. There were stains all along the hallway floor, and the first floor was relatively dirty the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Gentleman at the front desk was patronizing and disingenuous in his service. First room smelled like a dog and no apooogy for moving to new room. Second room was dirty and overall condition of this property was not at all what we have come to expect from Home2Suites. Very run down and disappointing. Attaching photos of the mattress pad I discovered in the morning after realizing my sheet had come loose on the corner of the bed. Also fingerprints all over the doors. Disgusting.

The property was located away from busy streets and near the nice walkways for humans and furry friends. The staff were friendly and readily assist the guests’ in needs. Pleasant stay for sure.

The fact that is has a large pond right out back that is loaded with fish is wonderful. the breakfast was excellent, and the noise levels were either silent, or very tolerable.

The front desk clerks checking seems like his first time up front check out clerk was very nasty the check in clerk was supposed to put in for us a late check out according to her he didn’t she kept calling our room demanding we leave we told her we were supposed to have a late check out she got nastier and nastier

The doors are paper, thin, and slam. You can hear the doors closing five doors away pretty low end.

Hotel was clean. There was no cover on the bed. The sheet was right on top of the mattress. The comforter was too small for the bed. Seems we had a queen comforter on a king bed.

I liked the size of the room, was nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that needed attention was the sofa. It needed cleaning, other than that, it was nice. The price was a bit high for what was offered, but it was nice!

The room was clean overall. There were old stains on the carpet and when my girls walked around with white socks on, the socks were dirty afterward. I'm not going to be too critical about that because it is a hotel room carpet. The hotel staff was really accommodating, friendly and eager to please. Unfortunately, there were guests staying in the room above us that were unruly and very loud. The staff tried to get them to quiet down but that only made it worse. Of course, this was not the fault of the hotel and its management. We ended up leaving early because of the noise. The hotel is within walking distance of the mall and many eateries. The parking lot offered plenty of space. We felt safe there too. Nice neighborhood overall. We visited the Space center which was lack luster and a waste of money. the exhibits were too short and the content was way too simplified. Space is vast and there is so much more information about space out there. Also remember, this is ALABAMA! If you are a person of color, realize the locals are BAMA. Your presence is not always appreciated everywhere.
